Close to airport is why we chose this hotel. It's an older hotel. It's great for the long term parking if you are heading overseas. Your car is well protected and the price is fair. This time we only needed to stay one night and we had to pay $50 for parking when we arrived at 8:00 pm and took our car out at 0400. OUCH. Although you can walk to the airport, we appreciated the shuttle and it runs 24 hours.

Overnight parking is ridiculously expensive. Breakfast is $30 per person. There is lots of construction going on all around the hotel.

The staff were more than helpful. My grandmother made friends with the cleaner who would come in and show her how to use the coffee machine. The reception staff accommodated to my grandmother and I’s needs without judgement. We were lucky enough to have had an angel waive our late check out fee, which I couldn’t be more than grateful for.

The property itself is outdated. Old elevators, old interiors. Although very comfortable and spacious, the carpet was old, the bathroom was old. The shower is connected to a bath, which is an older concept.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. My room was clean. Location was great in regard to access to the airport. I travel solo and had no concerns for my personal safety. There was a little village/shopping area within walking distance-20 minute walk. I read some previous complaints regarding the smell of marijuana outside of the premises. Yep, there was however marijuana is legal in California. In fact, as soon as you step outside of the airport, you can smell it. Less offensive than cigarette smoke. I'll book here again for my return trip to Australia.

It was easy to check in and out. The room was very nice and the staff were friendly and professional. Helpful to have the shuttle to take us to and from the airport.

1. The restaurant was closed and unavailable to everyone tho I don’t remember why? (Staffing issues or remodeling?). So we had to call Dominos Pizza in order to eat. 2. There was a protest going on down below the hotel where they were using bull horns from early in the morning till late at night interrupting our sleep. We understood that it was not the hotels fault for these 2 things. It was obviously beyond their control. It would have been nice if the hotel could have made them leave but I guess they couldn’t.

Proximity to the airport. Stayed here on three separate occasions. Initially we flew in from overseas and needed accommodation for one night prior to collecting a rental car. We then stayed again after returning the car and prior a domestic flight, and again for ine night prior to flight out internationally. Airport transfers were great.

Surrounding areas are not overly comforting. It's a bit industrial, but the internal/onsite facilities are fine and compensate for the area.

Location was superb as we were just staying between flights. Excellent free airport shuttle, this was the reason we chose to stay here. Room was lovely for a one night stay. Location is so close to the airport it was very convenient.

Nothing, everything was good. Wished we were there longer to use the gym and enjoy the pool. Staff in the bar/resturant were welcoming, food was good and service was fast. Would stay here again, convenient self service store.

For starters, The front desk associates were very helpful and welcoming upon my arrival. I checked in with ease. I had a double room but ended up traveling alone so I was able to switch to a king room instead of the double queen room that I reserved. It was everything I needed and wanted in a room, It even had a microwave, which was an issue the last time I stayed. It was clean and smelled nice as usual. The bed was soft and comfortable. My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies were friendly and did a great job. This hotel is in a great location I can get every where with ease by street or highway. Also this hotel is not far from the airport or rental car locations.

The pillows could be a bit more firmer in order to prop up and watch the TV

I was completely satisfied with the room I was assigned. It was very comfortable and I had a good sleep, which is what I had hoped for on the night before I had an early flight out of LAX. I also loved the large size of the pool and enjoyed an afternoon swim followed by time in the gym.

I found the prices in the bar quite high, particularly since the cafe was not open and there was limited choice for an evening meal.

The elevator and room were dated but still acceptable. The room was clean and comfy. I particularly appreciate the convenience of the Grab and Go market (even though there wasn't any microwave available) and the free shuttle.

The $350 deposit was a bit too high but understandable. I just hope they have newer card machines that accept ApplePay or contactless payment methods. I wasn't comfortable using my physical card on these card machines.

The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. It’s all i needed, thank you. The guys at breakfast were great, friendly and ran a tight ship.

Hi, you need to get your act together on the bookings, I booked a king bed because I was alone and had no need of a second bed. However it was after midnight when i got to the hotel and some woman was hounding the man on the desk because she wasn’t getting what she booked, and holding up a line of customers to watch her make a fool of herself. The man on the desk did a great job of de-escalation, and remained very calm and professional. Which one can attribute to training or experience. It would be nicer for everyone if you just didn’t overbook.
