Late check-in at 4 pm Room not as requested, 3 beds, I had to make up my own sofa and was not given top sheet even when I asked I though shuttle bus was more frequent, waited approx 40 minutes

The hotel is nicely located, with shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, and near car rental locations within walking distance. It is clean. The facility is generally good.

The hotel personnel at the desk is good. But there is no communication through telephone or emails. The hotel never answered any of my emails. I forgot my clothes in the hotel. It is almost impossibe to reach the hotel through telephone. One has to first go through a computer generated assistant, before alking to any real person. The promised lost-and-found link never came to my email and I never retrived my clothes.

We liked that the hotel was close to the airport. Check-in & out was quick and easy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with very soft white towels. We where able to check in early, which was very helpful after a long flight (over 14 hours).

Did not know that we would be charged $150 USD for incidentals and that the charge would be reversed in a months time, because are credit card is not from a US financial institution. The shuttle bus service was not good. After a 14 hour flight and 1.5 hours to get through customs. We waited over an hour and a half to get picked up from LAX and then over half an hour to get collected from the hotel to the airport because there wasn't enough space in the bus to take everyone and there is only one shuttle bus running. We where told to allow at least 2 hours, when in transit between the Airport and Hotel.

Easy pick up from the airport with the free shuttle service, to amazing staff for check-in. Room was a wonderful surprise with a kitchenette (no utensils were available) comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The day of check-out there was a short power outage, but the staff managed it wonderfully giving us directions to using stairs while elevators were being re-set and keeping us updated on the progress, they even allowed extra time for checkout which was wonderful. Would stay there again, even though it was a quick stop over

The facility is absolutely beautiful. I was there for a convention and wished I had more time to really relax and enjoy all the facilities however overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Needed to be more lighting in the bathroom and the countertop was too small. I realized that hotel designers don't realize that women need great lighting and space for their make-up, jewelry, and hair products. Also, there should have been lighting near the coffee/microwave area. Ijs

The hotel was beyond expectation. So far the best airport hotel i have been within US. - Room: Very spacious considering how affordable it was. High ceiling and modern. Big closet and bathroom. Liked the bedding too. - Amenities: The lobby was nicely designed, rooftop pool where you can see the sunset, with plenty of seating and hot tub. Even breakfast was real hot meals and fruits whereas other similar hotel breakfasts are often cheap packaged sweets.

WORST hotel shuttle. I waited 45-50 mins while Hyatt regency shuttle passing by me at least 10 times. Another passenger said they waited an hour. The hotel say every 20 mins but that’s a lie that they should stop telling their customers. There is only one van that loops around and drives 5 miles an hour with no reason while the driver talks with another staff. It is so slow, so that even other hotel shuttles were honking at.

Great location next to the airport and car rentals. Alfo, quick access to freeways. Breakfast was super nice! Modern elevators was a plus also since kids can't delay ups and downs!

Parking fees are definitely a sad situation. We parked across the street for 8 dollars less than at the hotel! Clients shouldn't need to have to park two blocks away. It was worth it to save 8 dollars a day (gas money) but the hotel should be embarrassed at their high priced parking for guests! Seventeen dollars as opposed to 23 dollars is significant! Hotel should at least match that price of 17 dollars and clients would have a less stressful event and better satisfaction!!! Other than that, our stay was very nice!

Huge room with probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Really soft sheets. Floor to ceiling windows. The room had everything I could ask for. I did hear planes taking off but although I’m a light sleeper I slept well regardless of the planes.

I was told breakfast was 6-10am. I got to the restaurant at 9:40 and there was a closed sign and they were clearing away the food. I managed to get a coffee and some toast but I was looking forward to some fruit and juice etc. The man I asked about it just said that breakfast is over. I’d have gone earlier if I’d known this. It’s really not acceptable to say it is until 10am if it’s not.

I like the location is 5 minutes away from airport. Free shuttle every 15 minutes. Upon arrival, baggage claim, go up to level 3 at LAX , out to the street, at the red pole where hotel pick ups to find their shuttle. Room is big and clean. Bathroom is clean. Restaurant food downstairs is really good. There’s a pool table to play when we were waiting for my food. Staff is friendly.

Around 6am, the noise of airplane wakes me up. Bathroom sink stinks and no counter space to put my toiletry. Restaurant is pricy and closed early.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the decor was modern. Very nice accommodations.

I arrived for check-in by car but was confused about where to park. The garage was in the rear of the hotel, and there was no signage to help direct you to park from the front of the hotel. I had to park in no parking zone to check in. However, once I got to the front desk, I was given the parking garage details. The front desk personnel was very nice and explained the layout of the property.
