The quality of the breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

The mattress was too soft, and the quilt was poorly designed.

Room Furnitures and location

Definitely overpriced. Almost 600€ per night and not even a bottle of water in the bedroom. Pool outdated and not staff to moderate the kids’ noise

Location was the best. The breakfast was excellent and included in our stay package which we were happy for. Loved the cruiser bikes which were also included. Did lots of exploring on them. And staff were all amazing and helpful.

The weather was cold and so the pool wasn’t inviting. I would have liked to swim if temperate was increased. Also there was drilling/construction happening on property in day which made relaxing at poolside hard.

Very nice and comfortable room and hotel, we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our great terrace and aslo the special comfortable bed.

Despite the price for the room is really high, other things like parking, breakfast or wifi are not included and are for extra fees (parking 56 + tax per day, wifi 12 per day...).

We had a wonderful stay! We were welcomed every morning by an exceptional host. Eduardo gave the best customer service. Just his presence put you at ease and felt warm and sincere. He is excellent at what he does. Jon and I shared drinks a couple nights and absolutely loved the ambience outdoors. It's beautiful after dark. Security was on top of their game at the front doors and all around, we felt taken care of. The amenities were very nice. The fine linens and towels were lovely. The hotel building itself had a historic feel blended with some modern flare. It's location is top notch! Everything is within walking distance! We ventured far and wide! Transparency was appreciated about the "3 day room service" thingy. We did ask for fresh towels and received them just fine. The food was delicious! We plan to return again. Thank you for the wonderful stay and showing you care. The valet service seeing us off was a nice touch! Keep up the hard work.

The beds are a true double bed, not a queen bed. We did snuggle however the mattress and pillows were very comfortable.

Staff was amazing! tried to meet every little need, it was excellent customer service. Hotel is kept very clean, Having access to the umbrellas and the beach chairs was wonderful! Enjoyed the fire pits and having a separate game area

Needed a bellhop to help get our luggage down when we checked out, and none was available. left us rushing to do it ourselves and still catch a flight on time.

Convenient location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Amenities are nice but are undergoing renovations which are needed.

Need to invest in a few more sets of bicycles for guests because they are popular for use in riding in the morning along the beach

Access to beach was good, restaurant was overpriced but good, close to many other eating options. Valets and front desk were friendly and helpful, and late checkout enabled us to do a bit more our last day.

We asked for a late checkout so we could use your bikes to ride the boardwalk, but you were out of bikes when we came down to go. So we walked. The pool was a good temperature and appeared clean, but was slightly murky. This "resort fee" charge is a head-fake, and makes us angry.. Be a man. Just tell us what the actual rate is up front - don't be sneaky about it like so many second rate hotels. We're all grown ups.
