I liked having a variety of pillows to choose from. Soft or firm. The HVAC wall unit worked well, keeping the room at my desired comfort level. I also enjoyed the fridge in room and the microwave. I appreciated the coffee pot in room as well, along with regular and decaf coffee and tea packets. Room was clean and water faucets and toilet functioned with no problems. Plenty of hot water available. Enough complimentary soap and shampoo for one person was stocked in room. It was quiet with no sounds coming through walls from other guests. The morning front desk clerk was friendly. Close to I-44 interstate access. Close to a grocery store and gas station/convenience stores, several restaurants, banks, and other businesses.

Continental breakfast was like prison food. The employee did say that they didn't have half of the stuff ready yet so maybe it was better later in the morning. I ate around 6:15 am. Parking spaces - not enough of them. Had to park at far end of building and walk a long way to entrance. And this was after Christmas in the slow winter season. Hard to find driveway because 10 hotels decided to locate in the same small congested plot of land and each has its own drive so plan on turning around 2 or 3 times before you find the correct one. Here's a solution: go to Food 4 Less grocery store and there is a cut through drive on the side of that store which will take you straight to Quality Inn and save you time.

Very comfortable. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

To turn from the Main Street (Rangeline Road) was difficult because the narrow “street” of the hotel way more resembles an alley. It’s difficult to pick it out from all the other business driveways around it. Not enough parking around front side and the limited back side is very dark with no side door available. We arrived after 10 pm and had to park around the back where a man approached us asking for money or to buy some packs of batteries. Not exactly threatening but still unnerving.

My check in was quick and easy…the hotelier was very accommodating, and she booked me a ground floor room as the elevator was out of order. Very nice!

Well, the elevator could have been working bahahahaha 😆 There was a line checking in at 5:00 pm and the hotelier advised that Mondays and Tuesdays are very busy times… Need a second hotelier Monday and Tuesday afternoons

Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good -- similar to what we have come to expect at most Quality Inns.

The hotel was a little hard to find; the entrance road is not easily seen. The room was just a little small, but really no problem.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, hot breakfast including waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy was good. The room had room darkening curtain behind the shears, the bed was comfy and plenty of hot water. WiFi was good. We would stay here again.

The carpet had some big stains just inside the door and, otherwise, looked clean and didn’t make our feet dirty. For that reason this was not a big issue for us.

I didn’t care too much of the location and how dark the parking lots were. I was sitting in my car alone and had a few circle around my car and make me super uncomfortable around 11pm and then walk to Waffle House. I didn’t like that it was so dark so I drove around the parking lot once to make sure I was safe to go inside. Lol

The accessible bathroom left a little to be desired. Lack of handrails around the toilet was a challenge. The bath tub was also sort of tough. With that said, the room was spacious enough for my walker and wheelchair to move around comfortably. I appreciated how close the room was to the exterior door.

Although the elevator was inoperable, the clerk was up front with that information before completing my reservation.

Elevator was out of order & room was on the third floor; luckily, I’m in good health for a septuagenarian.

Breakfast was good. Front desk was awesome.

The room was only ok due stains on the walls and curtains, what looked like blood stains on the floor near the bed, and noise transfer from the hall, elevator, and room next door to hours.

Front staff was very nice. Pamela was very kind and patient. Bed was comfortable. The shower was clean, nice, and had great water pressure.

Located off a side road that was not clearly marked so it was confusing at first.
