GPS took me off route, so I had a difficult time finding the hotel. When I called the hotel for directions, no one answered. I ended up calling a friend who had lived in Joplin, and he told me the exit to take. You may want to contact Google Maps and ensure that your location is on their map. I kept getting routed to a rest stop.

Very comfortable and clean. We had a problem with the TV and they were in the room and had it fixed in 5 minutes. The staff was great and efficient.

The water in the bathroom sink took awhile to warm up.

The bed was comfortable and and room clean. When I booked I asked for downstairs and when I got there we on second floor. Another traveler swapped but it had only one bed and I had booked for 2.

We were traveling through, and wanted a place to sleep. This Microtel was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! Comfortable. Quiet. We even watched a movie with NO COMMERCIALS!!! Simple breakfast provided. Refrigerator for our picnic cooler and ice available. WiFi worked. Absolutely the best overnight of our trip and it was the lowest priced. And did I say, CLEAN? Not one wisp of a funky smell anywhere. The bathroom, tub and shower were immaculate. The room was carpeted, and the carpet was CLEAN. Run by a family, I think. Pleasant people.

Walls pretty thin outside noise in hallways in morning was very distinct but we had to get up eventually so not a huge deal

Staff were nice and helpful. We liked its proximity to the highway and Joplin.

Some things were a little run down, but that happens over time. Everything was clean.

Shower didn't drain properly & we had to stand in ankle deep, soapy water. No mini fridge, clock, coffeepot, or microwave.

Needs updating. The side door to go outside did not lock. Anyone from the streets could come in.

The room was very clean and quiet. The windows actually opened, so fresh air was available. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no fridge. Continental breakfast was offered, so no hot food.
