Our stay was very good. Staff very pleasant. Facility was clean and inviting. Room was clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, etc. As my husband and I are smokers, we appreciated the opportunity to have a smoking room. The facility is well lit at night. Parking area is convenient and safe. Facility is very large, but, easily navigated. Was surprisingly quiet during the night considering the parking lot was full and close to a major roadway. Would definitely recommend.

Large room as requested with King bed Parking at unit for mobility issues. Breakfast but the pancakes were run out. Good outside lighting. Close to food out let's. Easy to find Good location to reach business and recreation facilities in Joplin. US lady on desk at nights very helpful.

Internet was pretty poor usually had to sit in lobby to maintain connections. Very spasmodic. Printer didn't work in lobby and no attempts to replace it,come on what $39.99 new?

I liked that I made a mistake with the date of my booking and management at the hotel was quick to respond to my request to change the date and not charge me any fees.As I was checking out, the man I spoke with on the phone was at the desk and took the time to talk with me. I stay at this hotel every time I visit family in the area because I know I will get clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and friendly service. It is also very conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping. This is not a Hilton, so if that is what you are expecting don't book here, but if you are expecting a clean room at a very affordable rate where staff will go above and beyond this hotel will be perfect for you.

The hallway wreaked of pot. I am not a fan of the smell, but to each his own. It is legal in Missouri, so it is going to happen.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Our TV went out & the manager personally came to fix it. So, so friendly! We also discussed I lost my apple pen while in bed. The manager took the bed apart to help look for it (at the same time he was fixing our tv). We were in Joplin to go to our grandsons baseball tournament & we’re able to leave a day early. The manager explained if we checked out by 1pm, we would get the last day of our reservation credited back to us. I just can’t say enough good things about this staff….so helpful & friendly. The hotel could use sprucing up but it was clean & the breakfast was certainly adequate. I would stay here again anytime!

Easy to get to, right off I-44, easy in and out! An abundance of places to eat close by. The room was cozy, nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Considering the closeness to the interstate, it was quiet. The breakfast consisted of ceral, pastries, yogurt and a pancake machine. There was coffee, orange juice and apple juice. The balcony overlooking the parking lot was small but nice and clean. However, the sliding door was a bit@h to open and close. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The staff was pleasant with quick check-in.

There was trash around the exterior of the building. There was no elevator, so everything had to be toted upstairs, which was dirty. The interior court yard is huge with so much potential but lacking!

We had a comfortable bed. The shower water pressure was good. All the staff was polite and helpful. We stayed here on our first day of our trip and the last day. The first day we had a great stay. This time, a few questionable things.

We found the cleanliness of our room suspect. We found a hair in the sink that was way longer than either of our hair. There were slices of cheese left in the fridge and there was an empty can left beside the fridge in the cabinet. This made us question if the room was actually cleaned or not. I informed the staff.

Facility was OK

When I entered the room there was a strong antiseptic smell which did not go away. The floor lamp needed repair and the tub needed to be recalked. The outside needs a picking up of paper and other things. Also, when I arrived, there was no clerk at the front desk, and one did not return for over five minutes but she was nice and apoligized.

Could of been cleaner, carpet was very dirty and sheets had stains on them, was dusty and dirty behind nightstands toilet was not properly cleaned

The room was spacious. I liked the sliding backdoor to get to the pool. I felt the locking system on the sliding door was secure. The pancake maker was easy and fun. I had pancakes every day. The beds were comfortable and soft. We will stay here next time we're in Joplin.

One set of lights in the bathroom would take a long time to turn on. That was our only issue and they would have moved us to a different room but it would have been on the 2nd floor and that was inconvenient for my father.

Thank you for allowing small dogs...the room on the ground floor with outside access was terrific. The breakfast was good but there were no tea bags, only coffee.

the air conditioner blows directly on the bed near it...the vents need to be adjustable to blow the cold air up and not on the bed.
