The rooms are a great size & the outlook is very nice.

The hotel is a little out of the way, depending on what you're after, this isn't really a negative, however if we were to return we would likely stay on the strip. What was annoying was the cleaner came knocking on the door on the day of check out, we had the do not disturb light on at the time. The cleaner wanted to know when we would be leaving, this happened at 9am, checkout is up to 11am so I found this quite unprofessional.

We couldn’t take our food that we got from the hotel to the pool after the kitchen closed at the pool! The pool closed early. It wasn’t near the strip but I knew that. The view isn’t that great. U have to request a room with a good view.

huge room, great bathroom and very clean interiors. the pool has a bit cold water, and staff looks interested in what you should not do. mariachi live music at the entrance, first time in my life!!! all you can eat buffet simply the best in Vegas. recommended!!!

Large room with comfy beds. One of my friend was sick, she neglected a moment and was robbed all of her stuff and the security acted very quickly to catch the thieves. The man was caught but the woman escaped. My friend got her luggage back but lost her bag with laptop. I believe the security did their best to chase the thieves.

The staff did not clearly explain when charging us extra fees of taxes and should asked us to confirm if we used anything in the minibar before charging correctly. We had to double checked again many times.

The hotel was comfortable and clean

Brand new rooms. My suite was like a hidden gem. I totally loved every second of my stay in it. The Valet services work perfect. The dranks and food are mediocre. The rooms are very good equipped.

The ridiculous “minibar” sensors, the lack of drinking glasses in the rooms, a certain security issue: everyone can take the elevator and follow you till your room (very creepy, I experienced the negativity this issue myself)

Great ventilation in the casino, good restaurants, good pool, gym & comfortable room. Good free WiFi.

Housekeeping was sup-par- bed made but desk sticky and sink & trash untouched. I hung up the towels to dry and they were replaced, which was weird. They have heavy plastic cups in the gym instead of paper. Green tea for breakfast in the cafe was a big cup of water with a small tea bag- a proper cup of tea required two tea bags, which cost $10, and I thought that was ridicules!

Overall the PALMS was worth every penny. Lively atmosphere throughout. good food . Security was spot on. only 2 incidents and both handled quickly and with discresion. only bad incident was with SPIRIT AIRLINES. They cancelled our return flight, would NOT put us up for the night and could only rebook us three days later. UNACCEPTABLE.

SPIRIT AIR could have done a much better job of accomidating passengers who had to WAIT three days before they could fly out. I was left with renting a car and driving from Las Vegas to St. Louis, Mo.

Was clean room and beautiful view. Good design, big shower with the curb (water isn't going out). Awesome buffet (breakfast is good, but for brunch price is highish). Polite staff.

1. Curtains niches don't have soundproof, and you always listen if guests below open and close curtains. 2. I'm not agree with working time for pool and spa: pool from 10 am, why? Ok even it's Las Vegas and people are getting up later, but it's closing at 7 pm-_- And spa working until 5 pm, why? After take a rest you gonna sleep, but not at 6 pm. 3. And I really can't understand why spa is separated for women and men? I could sit with my husband in sauna or jacuzzi, only in the rest area:( 4. Don't have any AC parking place or maybe I didn't find 5. Don't have access and view point on the top of towers, only from your room.
