Good inexpensive overnight place to stay! Older property, but comfortable, beds were newer and firm enough. The tub/showers are clean but old. Working refer and microwave. Overall this fits the economical overnight stay need nicely. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The shower/tub has been painted - not attractive but the bathrooms are clean and usable. For the price and again- as an overnight facility, not a big deal in the scheme of things.

For 60.00 it really was really a great value. The room was large, had a refer, microwave, hair dryer, soaps/shampoo and even a closet!!! The bedding and pillows were comfortable. The heater and air conditioner worked well. The location was very convenient.

The grounds were a bit scraggly but that doesn't affect an overnight stay when your just needing to get some sleep to be on your way again. The bathroom facilities could use an upgrade but they worked. Plenty of hot water, the tub and toilet were just a bit old! Again all in all, sleep, quick shower and your off....all for a very reasonable price.

Externally it looked ordinary but not so. Room was large, clean, comfortable and very, very quiet. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Hotel was great. Wells? Now that is another matter. What a dreadful town. Living there would be more of a sentence than a lifestyle. One horse town after they shot the horse.

It was cool and comfortable I really liked that someone took the time to come and help us open our door

Who ever was upstairs was very noisy

Both gentlemen on check-in and check-out were pleasant. We did not use the pool but saw it being cleaned as we were leaving.

Breakfast was great! I was expecting perhaps a pastry and coffee but there was a good selection. Cereal, toast, fruit, etc. Much better than I expected.

Location is a bit dingy. Pool looks like it hasn't been in use for ages.

The owners were friendly and helped me with suggestions of places around. Breakfast is also good size.

The location is in East Windover, which is the Utah side. This side is much smaller and far quieter than the Nevada side. The motel is a very basic, no frills motel. Clean, quiet comfortable. No indoor pool only outdoor. No hot tub.

The room was clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had old hardware but was clean and the water hot.

Staff very friendly

Not enough snow and ice removal in parking area. Hazardous.
