I was very happy with the location of the hotel, it was central yet quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast selection at the hotel as well. Staff were very helpful and attentive. My bed was comfortable and I slept well.

I had some issues with connecting on my device on my last night. It appeared that the password had changed but I had to go down to reception for assistance to find that out.

Staff was friendly, response time for requests was very quick. They carried my bags but didn't take them to the room. Food was good, pool and gym was clean,

- We booked non smoking and were given smoking, - There were cob webs in our room. -The room slippers were worn out. - I was turned away from breakfast due to full capacity, would be nice if two locations for breakfast were made available. - There's no information next to the phone about which numbers to dial. - Only one card is issued for two people and you use it in the lift. - There was an issue with the Netflix

The location is strategic, near alfamart and indomart and the nicest thing is that it is across from Pempek Candy. It was so nice to collect the special food for "oleh2"

We were asking for extra water bottles. Since morning until the next day, the water never came. We called and called and they didnt reply nor comply. The ac in our room was leaking so we had to change the room.

Breakfast was good. However, because it was during Eid holiday, and jammed pack with guests.

Some hotel guests were letting their kids running around the hotel corridors, and some ignorant kids kept ringing my room's bell for fun. Hopefully hotel staffs can better manage this kind of incidents in the future ...
