Location adjoining to the mall, safety and convenience as a family traveller. Special thanks to all the reception team who gave us their impeccable assistance and support, especially Ms Angitta. Kudos to the kitchen team who are always running around & replenishing shortages of food & utensils supplies and guests we’re getting frustrated. Also to the housekeepers & security who attended to our concerns immediately. A pleasant stay indeed and surrounded by friendly staff.

There are only two elevators so sometimes a bit of waiting time and a bit small for a few adults with luggage. The variety of buffet breakfast needs to be improved, food are limited and disproportionate quantities especially during peak time where most of the buffet servings are empty and more guests have arrived. But again kudos to the staff who were trying their best to make the guests at ease and keep refilling the food.

Hotel is located over a mall, so it's convenient for dining, even some shopping. And there is a supermarket in the basement with convenience stores nearby too. Hotel's location is easy from the airport.

The hotel appears a little "tired" and could do with a bit of a make-over. The air-conditioning in my room 931 was poor, not cold and noisy throughout. The shower head needed replacing as it was loose. The passageway from the 10th floor lobby leading to the hotel reception was not well ventilated (no airconditioning) and I felt sorry for the poor security guards stationed there. The buffet breakfast was very Asian - would have like a few more "western" dishes.

The location of the hotel is excellent , very convenient and attached to mall where we can find plenty of restaurants The lobby set up is bit awkward it was located on the 10th floor and make it bit difficult to move luggages especially we have big luggages. Other than that pleasent stay

Some facilities in the room wasn't function well such as hair dryer and toilet ; the shower gel wasnt refill and phone is not working. We have to change rooms to get a better stay. The upper floor rooms mostly nicer and cleaner compared to lower floor.

Location

Air condition was not cold, informed the front desk on the issue. They sent someone to check on it and waited about 20 mins to clean the filter. but after an hour still not cold. Called the front desk again and they said will send someone to check on it. Waited for 25mins no one came. Called front desk again and finally allowed me to change room. At it was already 12am. So tired , whole process wasted 2hours.

Overall, everything was up to the mark — food, cleanliness, and ambience all met my expectations. Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a few more breakfast options to make the experience even better. Thank you!"

CLEAN, very nice Location, excellent helping people right from reception to restaurant upto check out.FANI, AGUSTINE,KRISTANTO,YONDIKA, ANGGITA & Similarly in restaurant NOPIA,OBI,DERY,JUNI, VENIKA were superb.

Vegetarian Indian menu needed, at least four to five items, OR atleast they should be made available by taking preferences of guests..8/10/12 hours earlier.so those can be served for next morning breakfast.

Hotel was cheap, and the staff was super friendly. Location was great, with a mall attached, and has many things to be done near the area. Nearby has a great places to look around as well, with many things to do.

The carpet was quite old, and as such would recommend the slippers to be on at all times. The shower are quite old, and the toilet does seem to have some mold in some corners. The bed sheets are changed regularly, but still not as clean as I would expect.

The staff, facilities and location. Those manning the reception counter were superbly helpful. The housekeepers were prompt and the waitresses were polite. The room is comfortable as expected. The location met my purpose... outside the hustle and bustle and congestion Jakarta is known for.

Breakfast perhaps.

Change of lifts from ground floor to lobby and lobby to upper floors . With Luggage it is not convenient for aged persons especially without assistance from Hotel concierge

Super convenient location on top of a shopping centre, and not too far from the airport. Room is modern and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was okay with minimal selection.
