The complimentory breakfast was very adequate and had a good varity. The restaurant had it's limitations but was quite adequate.

When checking in a better information package or reception would be helpful. since the hotel has many things to offer. They should be very proud to work and promote this great Hotel.

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfy, i had the best sleep there, we appreciated the cleanliness of this room, one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in definitely will stay here again

Breakfast was not all that fresh at 9 Am but overall it was still good

The staff member that checked me in and out was was amazing. I accidentally messed up the bookings and she made the extra effort to help sort out the situation with the third party bookers. I believe her name was mernie? She deserves recognition for the great job she is doing for the hotel.

Noisy. Not good sound insulation between rooms
