The Rooms were clean (like always), The Staff was very friendly and helpful ( like always), the Pool was the highlight of the stay for the kids, the location is excellent as it is easy to get to off the highway and yet very close to all other amenities and the Breakfast that is included was wonderful with a large variety for everyone.

The Bed (king size) was very hard and the stupid train running by every hour on the hour kept me awake almost all night and sounded like it was coming through the room every time it sounded its horn! Im not too sure there is much that could be done on your end and it certainly does not reflect on my opinion of your establishment. Next time I may ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel...

Rooms were clean, actually real food for breakfast (not just cereal and toast)

Wasn't directly myself but the wedding party had rented a large van, it was parked in the back, there was a semi parked there instead of the gravel lot that's provided, the driver hit the van what looked like multiple times and took off (no info left) so now they have to deal with that, also no apparent cameras on the parking lot.

Pet friendly with direct outdoor access !

My daughter wanted to use the gym facilities and was told she had to be 18 to access even though I offered to go with her ! She works out 6 days a week. For hockey so this was VERYdisappointing !!!!

The room was so clean. The breakfast was amazing and the staff worked very hard to keep it clean while busy with everyone. The big thing I liked the most was getting a phone call shortly after getting to our room to make sure all was good.

Good breakfast, kids liked pool and hot tub, room was spacious and clean.

Ran out of body wash. Bath mat didn’t stick (too slippery). Very dark in the bathroom.

The girls at the front desk when we checked in were amazing.

The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was not friendly at all. Didnt seem to enjoy his job

Very clean rooms, amazing front desk staff! Pool area is nice, breakfast was very good, and did I mention front desk staff the night we stayed were fantastic? :) Also, dog friendly!

I don't know the name of the manager on duty but she was wonderful. When I went to the desk to report the issue (see below), she gave us a different room with an upgrade.

There was a maintenance issue with the room we were given first.

The room was huge. 2 doubles and a pullout couch... The "continental" breakfast was amazing. The coffee was the best. But best of all was the kind staff. Thank you for a great stay.

Bed are amazing waterslide and pool are older but good. Pool was a bit under water levels but good
