All of the staff I met were very good, often excellent; even though there was low occupancy. I appreciated the care they expressed & cheerful manner. (I think I saw the manager busy helping but didn't meet, so not sure)

the hot part of breakfast sat too long; presume this means replenishing with less but more often ? All of the people were really good, helpful & friendly. The difference at Kristiansund was measurable, no evening facilities at all. The lady tried however she could not offer moderation on price & it was significantly higher that Sandnessjoen.

Nice hotel and very kind people. It was very hot in the room and the windows could not open enough to get some fresh air in. The kind person at the desk came to see how he could find a solution since there were no other rooms available. He gave us a fan and a mobile airco and some water. It was still a warm night but he did his very best and in the morning we have got a nice price reduction as well.

The windows in our room could not open very well and there was no airco. Not the best combination on warm summer nights.

Really nice hotel with a comfortable good size room. I was on the fifth floor and had great views out to sea. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and also a good size. The breakfast was great and the evening meal I had at the hotel restaurant was really good. I would recommend having dinner there.

I didn't find anything wrong hen I stayed.

Excellent location. Superb breakfast and the most charming staff I have ever met who went out of their way to do anything to help you and to make your stay perfect and they did so with a smile!

I am very allergic so wish I could have turned the air-conditioning off. It would be super perfect if they had vinyl or wood flooring inside of carpet. That is just a preferred due to my allergy.

Pleasant accommodation. Good communication, pleasant staff. Delicious breakfast. I was a little worried because of the stay with the dog, but they were absolutely unfounded. It exceeded my expectations. Everything was fine, I recommend it.

Reception staff members had a very flippant attitude - this wasn´t a on-off incident, it happened at several interactions. It is uncalled for and management should intervene & correct. It reflects poorly on what otherwise was a good hotel experience. Always be respectful of your customers.

Looooove the beds, so comfy. Great big room well apointed bathroom. All nice. Beautiful breakfast with very lovely lady attending to it.

The receptionist at check in was not very welcoming. Just, here's your card that's it. No explaining where it was and that the nearest elevator next to 4lrms 403 and further didn't go to the lobby. No explaining breakfast times or where it's served. The mentioned elevator someone smoked.

New spectacular modern building containing modern clean rooms and a beautiful restaurant at reasonable prices. There's an attached community gym, swimming pool and work out areas which I'm sure would be available to use

There is absolutely nothing to dislike

Nice rooms with good view. Breakfast left any open wishes and you get a discount to the swimming hall next to the hotel. Good location on the waterfront.

Large and comfortable rooms, thick court aims in the room, convenient parking

Breakfast has good choice overall, but limited for a simple Continental breakfast (eg no croissant, no cakes, only American coffee).
