The hotel is in a fantastic location, right between the old and new parts of the city, which made getting around incredibly easy. Although the building is older, it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were not only warm and welcoming but also impressively efficient. Special thanks to Ms. Begüm at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful and coordinated everything we requested with great care. The view from the hotel was stunning, and our room was very comfortable. Room service was excellent, and the food was truly delicious. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay and will definitely return.

The only minor downside was breakfast. While it was overall very good, it could benefit from a few more options for guests with special dietary needs—such as gluten-free bread or vegan cheese.

I stayed at Hilton Mersin for two nights, coming from Iraq for a short vacation. Overall, the stay was very good — the hotel is clean, the location is excellent, and the room was comfortable. However, the attitude of the reception staff was disappointing; they were somewhat rude and unhelpful. Also, the swimming pool water was not properly clean. On the second day, the pool was closed early due to a wedding event, which I believe is unfair to hotel guests, as such events should not affect the services provided to paying customers. In general, it was a good stay, but there are areas that need improvement, especially in guest relations and maintaining service quality.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mersin Hilton SA, and we must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tugay, Bilal, Cansu, Hilola, and Atilla. Each of them played a crucial role in assisting us when our luggage was lost, ensuring it was located and returned to us promptly. In addition to these individuals, other staff members also contributed to making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Their collective professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. We highly recommend the Mersin Hilton SA for anyone visiting the area. The hotel’s amenities are excellent, and the staff provide an unparalleled level of service that guarantees a memorable stay.

I was surprised that I needed to crack walnuts, which is unusual for a Hilton Hotel. I understand you prefer to cut your overhead expenses, but having to crack walnuts is an ingortumate policy. I spent more time cracking nuts for me and for my wife than I spent eating breakfast. In addition, the menu for half board customers was meager.

I loved the view from the balcony The staff were extremely helpful and polite The swimming pool and the gym were clean and in excellent condition I like the fact that it's right by the sea from and the promenade. The food was amazing.

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious options and great quality.

Maybe I was unlucky but It was very noisy and I didnt have a great sleep

I noticed that the Wi-Fi service was unclear regarding the payment requirement. It was mentioned that the Wi-Fi is free, but I was still prompted to pay. Only the last day of stay the mede it free

The hotel have the best location in Mersin. Their staff in general were very kind to us and helpful during our stay, especially Soltan, Burak, and Kaan. They gave us a newly renovated room on our arrival which was beautiful and had an amazing view. You can walk alongside the ocean from the gate of the hotel where you can find beautiful green parks with kiosks that sell tea, corn and chestnuts, that you can grab and eat on the benches on the beach. Across the street from the hotel you will find lovely cafes and restaurants.

There wasn't anything not to like about this hotel

The room is very clean, tidy and spacious. The views from the balcony of the sea were incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. good location. loved the towels shampoo conditioner body wash. beautiful marble sink with ten times magnified mirror to see your face.

Didn’t like fact they took the deposit on my card and returned it in cash at the end of the stay. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment nor did we use the facilities outside of the room like the gym and pool.
