It was close to my business location. Seems like a safe place to stay.

The shower. Whoever l took a shower The water leaked onto the floor. The shower enclosure door is unrealistic. It needs to be made in a functional way and not only for an esthetic appeal . The shower enclosure door in room 111 needs to be replaced with a door that does not leak water onto the floor when the guests take their showers. Also, one of the bedside lamp switches was broken and could not be turned on. So there was no bedside lighting on the right-hand side in the room. The television (TV) remote was not present in the room, and so l could not turn on the television.

The front desk ladies very understanding and we’re able to attend our needs straight away. Room service staff were incredible (Ms Williams) was amazing at making sure our requirements were met. She went up and beyond. Security guard (Amari) went up and beyond also. He was able to remove a lizard from our room. Restaurant staff were amazing very understanding and friendly.

When we first arrived at there, the room we were given had a broken lock frame so been broken. However, was quickly rectified when we were moved rooms still sticking to our room requirements.

The comfort and calmness of the property. The breakfast was also good. The room design and facilities were quite modern and I appreciated that.

There was a power cut and the property's generator was inadequate. I was affected because my spouse and I needed to iron our clothes for dinner.Therefore, this impacted my dinner reservation negatively. Going forward I suggest that the generator is serviced, as well as being constantly checked to ensure it's in good condition.

Great tasting breakfast huge servings

The Room ambience was ok and relaxing which would make me feel comfortable in returning. Customer service was very great and pleasant amongst staff towards guest.

Didn't like the cable network that was offered on T.V as the signal always disconnecting causing the screen to go blank. The Pool was a bit disappointing as it didn't seem properly kept suited for me to take a swim during my visit.

It was clean and friendly environment. Very comfortable and affordable. Very satisfied with my stay👌

There was some loud chatter outside at late hours that cause a little disturbance.

The room surpassed my expectations. It was clean, spacious, functional and quiet. I also enjoyed the traditional Jamaican breakfast when available.

Due to weak wifi I wasn't not able to use streaming app like Netflix

There was this receptionist I think her name is karika she was superb. When I went there she told me to have a seat while she check the room to ensure that everything was perfect. I loved the room. I had a little problem with tv because I did not understand it and I called her about 1:00 and she came and fix it and also apologized. Customer service skill was great

I did not like the whole curry chicken for breakfast.

I like the options for the complimentary breakfast and the location where I could easily get a taxi to travel to meetings

The paint on the walls are stripping and had to ask for additional amenities for which I was told would be available in rooms such as an iron.

I liked the location, and l liked how clean the room was, and the staff was friendly. It was nice to get room service. Obviously, you had to pay, but the choice was yours.
