This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely love everything! The staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. The food is incredible, especially the mango wings, which I had every lunch and dinner as an appetizer. The location is stunning. There is a beach a very short walk down from the hotel in the evening locals and other visitors taking a swim while taking in the gorgeous sunsets. The rooms are clean, comfortable, have A/C, and have the most amazing views. The pool is an added bonus and always a nice refreshing dip after a day of exploring or relaxing. There are other stores and restaurants, a short walk or drive away. There are numerous little beaches close by that if you feel adventurous and take a drive down some rough roads, you can have all to yourself. I found some incredible shells on a beach like this. Just speak with the receptionist, and she can contact the owners and arrange things such as boat rides or massages.

There is nothing that I don't enjoy about this hotel.

The staff were all amazing - very friendly and always smiling - it was a pleasure to see The room was really great with a balcony with amazing views The resort was very well kept and it was chilled and quiet The pool was also really good and beautiful to look at night with the color changing The restaurant offered delicious food as well.

A small negative was that we could not order any cocktails but only bottled drinks - however that was a minor thing!

Everything was perfect. I've already left a review but as I had to extend our stay and was unable to do this at time of purchasing our first stay, I had to purchase another stay. But the staff kept us in the same room, which we appreciated although it would've been nice to have been told this at time of check in. As we quickly had to pack our clothes and toiletries on Saturday morning assuming we were being moved to another room from check in on Saturday afternoon for the one night. But when the cleaners turned up, we were told otherwise.

Everything was beautiful 😻

The room was above our expectations! It was called "Blue Dolphin" and it was so clean and comfortable with lots of space. Everything from the check in process was efficient with a smile. We checked in and after leaving our bags in our room, we made a pit stop to the bar before exploring the Villa and area. I love the steps access down to Treasure Beach and it was so clean and peaceful there. The staff were really friendly and their food menu options was really good. We can't wait to return and book a few more nights stay.

This place is special. The people, the location, the laid-back environment, the services, and everything were exceptional. I am already looking to book my next visit here. We made some amazing memories here and will be talking about our new friends with everyone back home. If you want authentic not cookie cutter all-inclusive resorts, this is the place.

There was not a single thing to dislike or complain about.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite, with a private terrace and view on the sea. The room was amazing, full of windows allowing to have an incredible view all around and on the pool. The hotel is not on a main street, thus there was absolutely no noise, even during the day. The pool, at two steps from the sea, was great, as great was the food at the restaurant. The happy hour on the cocktails was a plus!!

The price of the suite was a little exaggerated compared to the location and the facilities available. The waiting time at the restaurant was a little too long, considering that we were almost the only table, but this is a "special feature" we found almost everywhere on the island. A little more smiling from the staff could be well accepted

Kory was so incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we got there okay and had a good stay. The room was huge and perfect with the comfiest bed overlooking the sea! Would absolutely stay here again!

Decent location to be. Within walking distance to jack sprat restaurant. Rooms are very clean. Staff members are friendly. The best part for me was the view of the sea. Waking up and going to sleep hearing the waves was amazing. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Nothing that I didn’t like. It’s what I needed. Peace and quiet to relax.

Very friendly staff, beautiful views and right by the beach. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Great shower, big comfy bed.

Service at the restaurant was quite slow, but friendliness of staff made up for that. Room could have been a bit cleaner in the corners and under the bed.

On the whole a very positive experience that I would consider for future trip to JA, point to note, the TV was very limited and hard to navigate. The meals breakfast X’s 2 and evening meal X’s 1 were very taste but the service was inconsistent, and at times left you sitting wondering what next. The staff especially the bar staff on our first night were great 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
