This is a very unusual hotel for the Japanese standards, in a very positive way. It is CLEAN, really CLEAN. The elevator hall on the room floor is scented, so your first wonderful impression is delicious. The corridors are nice and wide. The rooms are BIG, spacious, and absolutely clean. I have to thank to the cleaning staff doe their excellent job. The room has a veranda, with a table and chairs. It is just wonderful. The staff, international, is experienced, kind, helpful, and professional. The ambience and decoration is also very well set and maintained. This is the best hotel in its segment that I have ever been in Japan (in 15 years).

Smoke smell in the elevator, probably after stopping in a smoking floor. There is nothing else I dislike in this property.

An absolutely stunning place to stay! A large room with comfortable bed and balcony with a gorgeous view overlooking the city and train station. The hotel spa including massage chairs and onsen are extremely clean and incredibly relaxing. Walking distance to convenience store. Free parking was a valuable inclusion.

The hotel provide a set of toothbrush and room slipper for children. Located just opposite Anjo station. There are variety izakaya and restaurant within walking distance. About 10-15 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet was good with variety of food. The room was spacious. They have a public bath and gym available at the property.

All on high hotel standard 👌 Modern and well designed place. Looks luxury 😁 Biiiig room and well arranged 👈 Staff as always very kind 👌 Only breakfast didn't suit us but.. It's individual opinion.. Some may like it.

Really affordable hotel, great facilities, great breakfast. Only downside is that it’s in the middle of nowhere interesting. But for a road trip, it was a good resting spot. Beautiful onsen and massage chairs!

Initial impressions were very good. The hotel looks very picturesque from the outside and it's very close to the train station.The triple room at the hotel was enormous! Newly decorated and furnished with nice big bath. I would have loved to try having afternoon tea there if we had the time.

Great hotel, very nice, well located. Our very best hotel while in Japan. Own onsen. Love it! :-) One of our memories for this trip Japan.

Being just one night. We’ll love to stay an extra day!!!

They have public bath. It’s a very comfortable and clean.

the mattress you can really feel the spring of it that cause your back pain. im not comfortable sleeping on it. also not much amenities . just toothbrush

Although not in the centre of Nagoya, it is a great place to stay on the way to Shizuoka. Ample underground parking. Great coffee too.
