Check in & check out machines are available for convenience. Staff has limited English but very helpful and can use some English vocabulary to communicate. Parking is to be reserved by phone call but they kindly accepted my written reservation when I made the room booking. Breakfast is available and has a good variety for Japanese style and breads and juices for western style.

We loved our stay here. It’s very affordable, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay. Food was delicious. It’s highly recommended. We definitely stay here again in the future.

No problems really , but no parking at the hotel. Plenty of parking around though, and reasonable prices.

A good parking building near by available. Even though it’s a parking building, slopes are moderately smooth so lowered cars can go in (depending on how low your car is). The hotel is clean and well equipped.

They promised day for house keeping but i didnt happen i was very dissapointed this can happen in Japan. Matress in unconfortable Just 1 pillow.

Friendly, helpful staff at the reception. The room (approx. 15 sqm) is clean with 2 single beds, bathroom (Rain shower) and amenities. Refrigerator and kettle available. Good japanese complimentary breakfast is included. Walking distance to the train station Chiryu, restaurants and pubs. Coin laundry available. Car Parking is situated in front of the hotel, 1000 Yen per day.

The mattress is a little bit hard.
