Staff were helpful and nice, breakfast was delicious, rooms were pristine, and the available amenities were great. The coin op laundry machines worked well and I was also very satisfied with their drycleaning. Products in the onsen were very good. Views over Choshi changed with the light in beautiful ways.

The walls and ceilngs/floors are not soundproofed, and because smoking and non-smoking floors alternate sometimes my room would get bad air. The air purifier helped a little.

The breakfast was plentiful in choice and well presented and an enjoyable experience. Different each day. Staff skilled and unobtrusive. The staff were all friendly and attentive to any requests. The bikes were fun. We stayed at this hotel on arrival in Japan. We changed our plans so we could end our travel at this hotel.

location-5 min easy walk from station, breakfast & dinner very good, the thermal baths, very good local restaurants and cafes near by( the small bar/restaurant across the road -opp the front door entrance was our best night out in Japan-food -10/10, cost 10/10, atmosphere- 10/10, the owners catering to english speaking tourist -10/10). Great friendly caring staff throughout the whole hotel.

As a repeat guest, I can say it is consistently clean and welcoming at this hotel. All the folks at reception (regardless of shift) are eager to assist.

The 10:00 am check out is absurd and should be changed to 11:00 am or 12:00 pm. Please put little creamers in the room so I don’t have to go to the lobby!

Room was comfortable and free breakfast was great. Staffs are very professional and polite.

My room was located near the smoking room. I had to pass the area and the air was gross.

Breakfast was different each day. It offered a wide range of choice. The quality of the food was exceptional. It was top chef restaurant quality and reinforced Choshi's seafood reputation.

The cost to comfort and service ratio is excellent. The route Inn is not a "High End" hotel, but it is a comfortable hotel that for the price is an excellent choice. Their onsen is also wonderful.

Bicycles are available for short term rental for free. Also, the place is very foreigner-friendly in terms of being accommodating. Breakfast was good too.

I would have liked some scrambled eggs and crispy bacon.

There aren't a Convenience store around the hotel so you have to buy from Choshi station (Family mart and Newday shop)

The room was clean and quiet. We love the nice breakfast buffet. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Public bath is superb. We really enjoyed the stay.
