1. A friendly old aunty was very helpful although she can't understand English. Assisted to help room key for 10mins. 2. Happy and grelateful with welcome titibits. 3. Many cloth hangers in the room, thank you. 4. Ear plugs also provided so I can sleep well even with my husband big snores. Great for my mum when showering she can't let water enter her ears. 5. Few bottles of facial products provided. 6. Coffee, tea, creamer and sugar are provided, inclusive disposable forks and spoons. 7. Free private parking dedicated in front of the unit. Landed house. Ground floor, easy to load and unload luggage. 8. Nice hillview scenery. 9. Self check in is easy and safe. 10. Check out 1pm, this is the latest I have so far. 11. Room nicely decorated. 12. Heated bed, so happy and grateful for it. 13. Double layer toilet paper. One and only toilet I hv this so far. All were single thin layer.

It was a relief that there was a traffic TV station that played relaxing violin music instead of the pure tripe on the rest of our vacation. Covered garage which was good as it rained. Interesting blend of old and new technology.

A little far to walk to the nearest 7/11. Couldn't turn off the triangular lamps. No work desk. Had to go to Mos'burger as the Italian restaurant and winery restaurant were "closed?".

We stayed at several hotels and apartments over our 10 day road trip and this place was one of the most spacious and comfortable places we stayed at. There was a good size free parking spot and the room had a large sofa and also had a microwave and a fridge. It looked newly renovated and the aircon looked brand new. We loved the Bluetooth speakers on the room and there was also a speaker in the very large bathroom.

We found an ant trail in the room in the morning.

Outstanding size and quality of accommodation with a comfortable, spacious living area (2 sofas, coffee table, small table and chairs, large separate bath and toilet area, fridge and microwave), huge beds, and many thoughtful provisions. Not only were there typical supplies for hot drinks, but also some snacks were provided. In the bathroom, all needs were met - even someone who arrived with no supplies could be comfortable! It's quite convenient if you have a car, but even if you don't (like me), it's only a couple of hours of easy walking through the countryside to Katsunumabūdokyō Station, with plenty of opportunities for wine tasting, temples, and onsen on the way.

i couldn't understand how to connect my phone to the TV, but that's okay as it wasn't important. I also couldn't find how to turn off the light close to the ceiling in the corner of the room (between the sofas), so I felt bad because it was a waste of electricity.

Very spacius and quiet. The room and bed were confortable and the ambient cozy. The jacuzzy in the bath tab a nice and unexpected extra. It was very nice to park the car right next to the room.

As many japanese buildings it was not all that well insulated and it took forever to warm. The bath with tiles took even longer and that cooled the water in the bath fast. The AC was too noisy, posibly because it had to be set very high

Great value for money. On a hill and a view of the town. Great bathing room with large jacuzzi bath. Cool TV and speaker set up. Leisurely late checkout, free parking.

It is clean and well maintained, but also visibly styled and dated to the late 80’s early 90’s. The heater was on full blast when we arrived, but still struggled to warm the room (tech age). The bed was warm and cozy, but it was definitely a ‘wear socks and slippers and layers’ room, not a ‘walk around in my pj’s barefoot before bed’ room.

Great little hotel in a convenient location, ideal for a good rest after exploring the Fuji Lakes. The place had a lovely vibe, and the room was huge, with very comfortable beds, great shower, complimentary snacks, etc. Not expensive either. Would recommend 100%.

A very huge apartment with everything you need. Clean, comfortable! Also the check out is at 1 pm which is amazing. The staff is really kind.

I thought there would be a hot bath like a jacuzzi but I was wrong - my bad. It is only a bath tub in an apartment with options of massage - but still nice!

Each room has free car park,,the room is equipped well,everything clean and the view at night just spectacular

The location is a bit far from tourist spots such as kawaguchiko lake,and yoshida st but that’s okay since we got a nice price for staying with family
