The location is located on a central spot in Fukuoka Island city. There is a shopping mall located right beside the hotel itself as well. Do note that there is also onsen on the top floor of the hotel. The room although quite general in design sense is kept very clean by the staff. The staff were also very nice and friendly. For those parking, it's free of charge though do note that you need to pass the staff the parking ticket for it to get tagged for free parking when you leaving the carpark. For attractions, it is near to the Marine World aquarium & Uminonakamichi Seaside Park, if you are driving that is.

I stayed in a simple double room for a few days, but I actually had a separate room reservation the day before on their website due to availability. The reception staff handled this pretty smoothly, and moved my luggage to the next room before I returned from my day trip. Rooms were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Though I would advise taking the available eyemasks from the lobby if you're sensitive to sunlight, as the morning sun shines through the curtains. I liked that you could opt for firmer or softer pillows via self-service shelves, if they're available.

Coin laundry only available by a 3rd party shop in the attached shopping complex (Wash House).

They provide fresh nightwear and footwear daily. It was a nice quiet location with a few shops and restaurants. 10 minutes in a taxi to the station. Staff very helpful

The room was quite luxurious. The view from the common balcony is amazing. The future for this location will be quite good. The food at the nearby plaza was very good.

The area is still in development, so there was not much to do. The shopping centre/mall is rare for Japan. Because of it still being developed, there were only a few visitors there

Beds were good and slept well. Staff were very helpful, friendly and tried their best to communicate to a non-Japanese speaker. The breakfast was great.

The hotel was far from most attractions in Fukuoka, and the sofa in my room was quite dirty.

The room is lack of bench or table to put small things on. Check out time is too early. We expect 11am or after.

Rooms are new and spacious. Staff are helpful and nice.

A cockroach was found in the toilet. Luckily the staff quickly arrange another room for us. Hope the hotel will improve the hygiene conditions of the toilet.

Great bathhouse and the service at breakfast by the senior staff was exceptional. Any business is lucky to have him as a staff, he went above and beyond to make our breakfast very fulfilling and enjoyable.

The property is new but the soundproof is not good. I can hear what people do next door and also in the bathroom. They should really try to improve this since it’s so new.
