Staff were really kind and helpful, I didn’t know where the parking was and the lady at the front desk ran to help guide me to it (it’s not through the bars btw, it’s up the street a bit on the right when facing the hotel entrance, there were probably signs that I just missed). The breakfast was more than I expected, it was actually buffet - a small but staple selection of both western and Japanese which was nice.

I remember the location was near a train station which made it lively and interesting when we were looking for dinner. The staff were very helpful in helping us find a suitable restaurant. breakfast was good!

Easy parking Standard room. It was clean and comfortable
The first room we were assigned had an unpleasant smell, the reception team were responsive and apologetic and we changed rooms. It lacked the facilities we have had at 3 star hotels we’ve been staying at- no coffee in the room or anywhere else in the hotel; laundry only through their services on limited days and needing you to stay 2 nights, no complimentary drinks and food (also something we’ve had in plenty of places). Front desk staff are not bilingual as overview suggests. For the price - which was a discounted- it was poor value for money
