The hotel is next to the beach, 300m from the wedded rocks attraction.The view is very nice from the upper floors. It features public and at no extra charge bookable private bathing facilities, onsen style but not spring water. It has 2 restaurants which offer a solid breakfast, 3itger Japanese or Western style. The rooms are old but well maintained, so they have some retro charm. They have a big parking with EV charging stations!

It's about 1km from the train station, which is a little of a walk with luggage. But the village is not unpleasant so it's not really a negative. What is a problem for longer stays is that all but one Chinese restaurant in the village close between 6 and 8 pm. That means really early dinners.

- The price is incredible - The location is great. 10 Minute walk to the train station and about a 7 Minute walk to the Meotoiwa Rock - They have a public and a private Onsen which you can reserve at the reception which is incredible - The room was great and very clean - The beds were very comfortable - A lof o amenities available at the reception - Good WIFI although not too fast upload speeds - They offer western and japanese breakfasts

The staff didn't speak too good english as it usually is in Japan but it was enough. They gave me a pamphlet in english with most of the relevant information.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Although the facilities need some more maintenance, service in the public space is not old. There were welcome drinks on the 1st floor, and a manga library on the 2nd floor. I didn't have enough time to read the manga, but it was organized neatly and contained both old and new titles. Also, the amenity station was well-stocked. There was lotion, headbands, toothbrushes, shaving cream, and even mouthwash, which most hotels don't provide.

Our room carpet was peeling in several locations. One part was near the entrance, and the other was in front of the bed, which caused some problems since it kept catching on my room slippers.

Espectacular location on Ise coast, so close to the shrine and sanctuary so you can see the sun rise which is lovely. You can take a private onsen bath , but also there are shared ones, nice experience for non-japanese tourists. The room is comfy and there some locals shops and restaurants close to the hotel also 2 differents restaurants inside the building so you don't need to take the car if you don't want to. A nice place to relax and enjoy the sea.

No English speakers on the frontal desk but there are always ways to understand each other

Corner room assigned on 8th floor was fantastic that had both views of the sea and mountain ! Room was spacious, clean, comfortable for group of up to 4 max. Table with 2 chairs make it easy to relax and have drinks and food. There was even a large sofa next to large window facing the sea which also has a leader to sit on to just view and enjoy the seaview. Lots of power outlets for charging devices. Pine tree lined beach just in front of hotel was beautiful.

Only 10 minute walk from the famous Meoto Iwa you won't get a better value for your money in terms of location. Room was much nicer than the pictures looked like.

There are free private onsen but you won't know about it until you check in - since I checked in a bit later (5pm) all spots were already gone. I wish there was a possibility to reserve that in advance.

The experience is more than enough for how much we paid. All facilities as an accommodation were fine and it was good that you can book a private bath for free. Also there are manga for free too. The restaurants were tasty as well.

There is only one lift. Sometimes it doesn't come to your floor soon. Also it stinks from time to time because of other smoking guests. This was a bit uncomfortable. And even if your room is ready, you have to pay ¥1000 per hour for early check in. That's stingy.

The location and the view from the window are really good. There is somewhere to walk. Quiet, cozy place. There is a bus that takes you to Shinto shrines. The price-comfort ratio is very good.

It would be good if there was a shuttle bus especially when it rains.

Good location right next to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. A few minutes walk from the wedded rocks. Nice big private baths you can reserve for 45 minutes. They are screened in for privacy, but there is fresh cool air coming in through the screen so it’s sort of like a rotemburo in that the room doesn’t get so steamy and overheated. Nice view out the window (partial ocean view). The first floor has two microwaves you can freely use as well as free coffee and tea. There is a Family Mart a couple minutes walk away as well as a Lawson with an ATM next to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, although not much English is spoken. Larger room than average business hotel.

You can’t open the window for some fresh air, and the room was a bit overheated. Somewhat inconvenient to get to. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, but the trains aren’t that frequent and are a bit confusing to ride since the station is unmanned. If you take the Sangu Line train (the “one-man” train), don’t forget to take a ticket when you board. My room was right next to the elevator, so it there was pretty constant noise.

If you have your own wheels, this is a great slightly-off-the-beaten-path hotel in a quiet neighborhood by the water. Reviewers have said it’s old, which is true, but we found it kind of fun in a retro sort of way. Price was the least expensive of our 7 week Japan trip. On site parking is free. We thought it a great base for exploring the peninsula.
