The nice variety of accommodation is on one side of the road, while the pools and beach are on the other side - but there are very few travellers so no worries about traffic. The food is very delicious with many local offerings. There are 3 different restaurants and we tried them all. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain, so we were unable to do many of the water-sports. But we found enough to do around the resort. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

Just as warning, the resort is very far north and in a secluded area. We had a rental car so were able to make exploring trips etc, without a vehicle you may be quite limited. There were very few restaurants/shops that were open in the surrounds.

I'll never forget this place and my personnal experience within it : the exotism and the quietness of the area, almost heavenly, the attention and the formality of the staff and the consideration and the generosity of the manager (I think). I didn't know what to expect : it ended up being like a second birthplace to me. I was moved by the unexpected gestures towards myself and I simply regret I couldn't have stayed longer, for a first time at least.

An amazing place to stay in northern Okinawa. The whole resort is beautiful, especially the beach. The food was delicious and the included breakfast had so many options including traditional Okinawan food, freshly baked bread and lots of fruit. The activities were a little pricey but totally worth it, especially the snorkeling tour. And the staff were really friendly and helpful - we mostly used Japanese but they provided a lot of English explanations too. We stayed in Palm Cottage which was a good size for two people and close to all of the facilities.

Everything was good but extra meals and activities were quite expensive. The quality was worth it but there aren't any cheap options on the resort. However you can rent bikes for free and cycle to the nearby michi no eki and convenience store.

The resort is located in a remote area and is not easy to reach by public transport. You have to walk about 900 meters from the bus stop. You have to take two buses from the airport in Naha. However, the place is worth the effort. Beautiful beach with lots of umbrellas, very nicely landscaped surroundings, tasty and varied food. There are several restaurants to choose from on site. We stayed in a palm cottage: it was comfortable, cozy, clean and we slept well. We were also close to everything. The service was very helpful and friendly: they helped book transport, a table in a restaurant, changed money for small change needed in laundry machines, etc. A big advantage was also the free bus, which can take you to most attractions. In my country, they say about such a place that "the only thing missing is bird's milk", which means that it was great and you can only point out minor shortcomings.

The information about the shuttle bus service is very unclear. It could also be better to provide information about how to get around the area.

The rooms were very comfy however there was a foul smell coming out from the side of the tub. The breakfast was amazing! The resort provides a ride from the room to wherever one has to go in a golf cart so that was very helpful do to it rained during our whole stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is not much to do close to the resort. Dinner at the hotel was a bit too expensive for a family of 4 (5,000 yen per person).

Everything was arranged and taken care of. We got umbrellas because it was raining. The bath house was suuuuuperb! The staff took such good care of us. We would be at the beach and they would come to us to make sure everything is okay. Really kind people :) The breakfast also consisted of local food from Okinawa, so it was really nice to eat. There was so much, that it was difficult to try everything.

The room was not well insulated. There was a window that had no way of fully closing it and our neighbors were outside chatting, so it was difficult to sleep with all the noise.

Buffet dinners, room, spa, beach activities

I was confused about the complimentary juice and coffee in the business area. I did not understand the hours of availability. One morning in went in around 7am and it was not available. The next morning, I went in around the same time and it was available. I stayed at Okuma in the past and really enjoyed a cup of tea and a chance to read my book after the spa at night, it was around 8 or 9pm when I last went. This trip, around that same time the machine was unavailable.

very good services, clean and great breakfast

parking is far and confusing. this is our 2nd times staying and still confused! we wanted to checked in and parked the car later however the valet guy told us I can’t park there which why not? just a few minutes for check in! it’s very hassle with children! so I had to drive the car and then walk back to the front desk to complete the check in! it doesn’t make sense.

many activities possible on property (and off-site), super friendly staff, beautiful beach and property in general, on-site coin laundry, great breakfast buffet, variety of restaurants was good and convenience store is also nearby

some rooms and areas are visibly outdated, mattresses were very worn down and gave both of us back pain (we even upgraded the room with the same result), maybe it was because we were there at the very beginning of the season but at least 2 of the mentioned restaurants were closed

The room is spacious and tidy. The staff and friendly and helpful. The overall environment is nice and comfortable. We tried two on-site restaurants Adan and Iju both are pretty nice. The resort also has a private beach where we spent a morning just to chill-out and relax under the nice weather. Overall experience with the resort was great.

The room was pretty nice and mostly clean, just feel a little old. Water pressure was generall ok but at times it got unstable. One of the nights, there was water dripping out of the shower head all of a sudden when we were just falling into sleep. The faucet was already tightly closed and the water could not be stopped. Fortunately it stopped by itself after a while and it was only a little bit disturbing afterall.
