The room design was functional. It was bright with a beautiful view of Mt Akagi, the Tone river and the city.The room had everything you needed and was a good size. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

There was nothing to dislike. Two small things though- There didn’t seem to be any information about breakfast at the hotel. There was no tea or coffee in the room. We didn’t ask about these things so that was our fault.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating - especially when assisting me with my luggage transport services. The view from the window was nice. For a hotel room in Japan, the space is actually quite spacious and soundproof.

The room has a beautiful view of Tone River. Also the corner room has more space than other standard double room.

Nothing particular about the hotel and the services. My favorite Japanese restaurant Kawahan was fully booked so I had to go out for dinner.

Check in process is somewhat awkward with newly installed self-check in machine. It will be rather nicer to be welcome by the wonderful staffs than the machine sitting at the center of front desk.

Location & the view from window. Free Bike for lending. the size of room is really big. Restroom & Bathroom is very nice, especially suite room.

Excellent location facing beautiful Tone River. Staffs are always very courteous. Alway love to dine at Kawa Han, that their staffs, kaiseki menus and the choices of fine sake are truly superb.

The japanese breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating who allowed us to make changes to our rooming arrangements.

Dinner at Kawahan at B1F is always the best. You can stay in the hotel to have real Japanese Kaiseki dinner onsite.

The location is a bit out of the main town so limited eating choices in the area. This is offset though by the great view across the river.
