The staff is helpful and welcoming. The location is very good, just around 8 minutes from Matsusaka station. Despite its closer to the railways, the noise of trains is barely noticeable. I had a nice sleep time. Amenities were pretty good, more than expected (they even have bath salts for a relaxing time in the bathtub, and mouthwash) Check-in and check-out system are very simple. They give you a welcome coffee and water bottle.

If you travel with a lot of luggage, the room could get narrow, but most of Japanese hotels have that 'problem' so personally I could bear with it.

Hotel is very close and within walking distance to train station. We were staying during rainy season and the hotel provided umbrellas to us at no cost. Amenities were available at the self service station by the elevator and I appreciated having washer/dryer access during my stay. There was free wifi, one bottle of water, and a complimentary drink (coffee, tea, cocoa) available to get from the restaurant each day. The front desk staff was very kind and the check in/out process was easy. The rooms were smaller than expected but worked for our stay.

Pillows were not consistently available - when you see one available, get it right away or else they will be gone!

For the price we paid, we felt the hotel offered very good value for money. The hotel was a short walk from Matsusaka train station and was easy to locate. The lobby was very nice, with welcome drinks offered in the breakfast room. The rooms were simple-more practical than luxury. They were clean and the furniture, bedding, etc. was in good repair. The ac worked well (it was during a heatwave) and the beds were comfortable-we both slept really well. The staff were kind and helpful. We were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out without issue. The rooms (doubles) were fairly small, but had sufficient room for our suitcases without feeling cramped. Breakfast was included, with a coffee machine that prepared a variety of coffee drinks.

We didn't care for the bread at breakfast, but we were very happy with the coffee machine.

Located near the railway station, 3-minute walk. Wonderful rooms, great breakfast with fresh croissants, staff is polite and helpful. You can take a bath in your room with free aromatic bath salts. Very close to several Buddhist temples and about 20 minutes by train to most sacred place in Japan - Ise-Jingu. And, of course, Matsusaka beef, best in the world.

The free bottles of water and supply of a daily amenities bar was really great. Also, there was an array of pillows to choose from a great pillow wall! My mother had the buffet breakfast and also said it was great value.

I found the bed to be quite hard, but some may like that! Perhaps I should have requested a mattress topper- so unsure if this is available on request.

Great spacious rooms, nice AC, close to the train station. Great to get some complimentary free water, and the staff was very welcoming and nice even though my japanese was a bit rusty. Parking in front of the hotel or right next door, and yes, it's paid, but super cheap at 4-500 yen for 24 hours!

A typical Japanese business hotel that offers reasonable facilities and services at an affordable price. Clean rooms, free drinks, and good location are the strength. Friendly and helpful staff compensate for their limited ability of English communication. It is true that room is small, breakfast is simple, and there's (light) noise of passing trains; but considering the price I paid for the accommodation, these are rather minor issues.

We are a family with 2 small children and booked two rooms. However we got two rooms in different floors far apart. That should be arranged better in advance…

Free breakfast and immaculately clean rooms. Ladies get to select extra toiletries like bath salts and skincare upon check in, which was a nice touch! It's one of the tallest buildings around so you get a nice view of Matsusaka.

The rooms are well equipped, but quite tiny. It's a bit of a struggle to pack if you have big luggages in tow.

Very friendly, helpful staff at the reception. The room (approx. 12 sqm) is clean with one double bed, bathroom and amenities. Refrigerator and kettle available. Welcome drink such as Coffee, Tea, Cacao, Water (limited time) for free and complimentary breakfast with buffet. Coin laundry available. Walking distance to the train station, pubs and restaurants. Car Parking is situated in front of the hotel, 500 Yen per day.

Japanese foods are served for breakfast buffet in Japan in general, but in this hotel there are only bread, boiled egg, soup and drinks.
