Extremely helpful staff. I’m very grateful for the lady at the reception for sorting my booking, although I speak very little of Japanese. Overall, the place is clean, has everything you need, breakfast has a good selection of food. Shuttle bus to the station is very convenient.

Small rooms but fine for short stay. There are not many choices for breakfast (continental not available), but still good quality.

Rooms sound isolation is quite poor. August in the early morning you can clearly hear cars and cicadas outside.

Wonderful hotel! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast included was great! Good location to start out from on our way to the Grand Ise Shrine. Great shabu-shabu restaurant right down the street from the hotel.

the staff were so friendly and kind, and even helped to arrange a bus to take us to iseshi station the next morning free of charge! the room and bathroom were bigger than i expected and incredibly clean, wonderfully presented and excellent value for money. really appreciated the foldaway mirror. complimentary breakfast was excellent as well. thank you so much to the kind staff !!! the convenience store right opposite the hotel was very handy too! and i enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel and getting to experience some more rural aspects of japan.

i think some people have complained about the location but honestly it's not too bad - you can use the hotel's free bus service the following morning to get to the station, and to get to the hotel the night of your stay it's only a ten minute bus ride from the station and then a ten minute walk! for everything else this hotel offers at the price i think it's worth it, but those who value accessibility should perhaps choose somewhere else to stay.

Location was suitable for our access to local sights and amenities.

Our hotel was good but we found that the pillows were uncomfortable so it was not easy to sleep at night. We could clearly hear voices, speaking, in the room next to us.

Comfortable room, decent size, and great amenities including a nice breakfast and shuttle service to the Iseshi station. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Absolutely nothing to complain about!
