The place was clean with all the needed facilities. We loved that there was a washing machine and even a dryer machine. The location was also excellent close to the center and the parking lot was easy to use. We had never had any problem finding a site for our car. The kitchen had also a lot of utensils which helped us to prepare our food from time to time. Finally the ocean view from the window of the 7th floor where we stayed was astonishing and beautiful 🥰.

The location was great and very convenient. The view from the window, and the balcony were great. The room had all the required tools for our stay (such as washing machine and dryer, and kitchen utensils)

The shower was not great. It was difficult to regulate both the strength and the temperature of the water. It could really use a renovation.

It was near to the city center and to some beaches by bike or car. It was big and very clean.

They didn’t offer luggage storage service before the check in and they don’t have contacts for tours/rental bikes/cars/etc. The staff also is very hard to reach. They answered me 2 days after I asked them some questions.

Everything was as described in the information. The apartment is fully equipped, hairdryer, washing machine, plates, utensils, etc. It is very clean, and the bed very comfortable. The view from the room on the 7th floor is quite nice, on the sea and the city (see photos) - this is the sunset side. The location is very good, especially if you want to walk or ride a bicycle to shops. Miyako is definitely for tourists with (rental) cars. There is a nice beach a walking distance (see one of the photos), the port and the bus stops that go to the Shimoji airport.

There is no place to keep your baggage if you arrive early, as I did, and there is really no place in Miyako to have it stored. Everything was very professional and business like but I guess that in such place as small island I would just expect a bit of a human touch to it. The manual was full of "strictly prohibited" phrases, which I suspect is necessary and based on some experience, but it did feel a bit odd, especially that the same manual did not have such basic things as the internet password for which I had to text the office. In response they sent me a link to the website with instructions and info on the password, which they had sent long ago. To be fair, they respond to messages and questions fairly quickly.

Very close to the beach and the room is quite clean and nice size for 2 people. It is better with a car if you want to buy your glocery.
