The staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable, greeting me brightly and finding every possible accommodation to make my stay extra comfortable. I was so pleasantly surprised by the absolutely delicious complimentary breakfast and vending machine coin promotion for free beverages in exchange for choosing a more eco-friendly cleaning plan. The hotel's proprietary natto (at breakfast) and spicy mixed nuts (in vending machine) are especially noteworthy. The hotel is immaculate and nestled right next to Miyoshi Station and has a Domino's across the street, as well as a shopping mall and convenience store just nearby. The onsen also was no mere sento, using a special water with medicinal properties; it was a lovely addition and I found it superior to those in other business hotels I have frequented. The in-room TV offers Netflix and Amazon login options among others. Thank you for the lovely stay and great hospitality. Route Inn truly is a gem in Miyoshi!

It should be normal for front desk staff to be friendly to guests, but even the cleaning staff greeted us cheerfully, which left a very pleasant impression. Anyway, the front desk staff was very helpful with anything we asked. Hotel can be easily found from the JR station.

Basically the hotel was very nice for me. If I would pick one, the toilet paper was somehow difficult to cut neatly...

Conveniently located about 5 minutes' walk down the road from Miyoshi Station, with a clean modern interior (as of 2023 it's brand new). The room had plenty of space at about 18sqm, more than a typical Japanese business hotel, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, etc. A good place to sleep if you'll be out sightseeing in Miyoshi/Shobara. There is an onsen on the first floor, but I didn't use it. Breakfast buffet is simple with a few Japanese and Western food choices, including mini omelettes and tamagoyaki. Nothing gourmet but it gets the job done in terms of protein, etc.

We wanted to get away from the trodden paths of tourist attractions in Japan. Found a well located, clean and comfy hotel in Miyoshi and had a really good time. The bath was very enjoyable, the staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, we had a good time. Nothing fancy but even the parking was free.

Really don't know what to complain about. If you like the rural feel - have a go.

The location was very close to the train & bus station. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast buffet and dinner was so good, we decided to eat there the second night instead of going out.

I would suggest that a rubbish can be placed in the bathroom.

The facilities are excellent, it's brand new. Such a great hotel, we now only want to stay in Route Inn's.

The parking at the front was often blocked off for trucks etc which meant we had to go up to the 2nd level of the car park, only a small gripe though.

Excellent points: breakfast, the size of the room, the view of the mountains, and because we requested to change our beddings every day for four days, they did that well. We are thankful🥰

There’s ample parking but the ramp is a little tight.

The room was alot bigger than we expected. It was clean and very quiet. There is a Domino's across the street and a grocery store about 30 meters away.

Always love the public bath, available parking, and always how clean and well-maintained the Route Inns are.

Breakfast only runs from 6-9.

Parking is convenient. Great view from the window. Very modern look. The staff are very nice.

Matress and pillow may be a bit too stiff for my liking.
