This hotel is across the street and a little bit further from Saijo Station. It is very convenient for local train travel. The staff was friendly and the room was adequate. It is more of a business hotel so it doesn't have a lot of luxuries.

The bathroom was a bit small for me, but it was OK. The bed was pushed up against the wall with the window so the curtains were not easy to open or close. The pillow for the bed was quite solid and not very comfortable. I suggest asking for a softer pillow from the front desk.

The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs. Breakfast had with a good choice. Staff super helpful although spoke very little english. Nice hot public bath at the ground floor.

The staff spoke almost no english. The room was a bit small (although absolutely reasonable).

The staff is amazing! Very polite, accommodating and hard-working. I was initially booked into a "smoking" room, but upon request, I was changed to a non-smoking one. Loved the place, and the city. 3 minutes walk from Saijo-eki (train station) which you can get to from Hiroshima airport really easily.

Convenient for travellers by train and cars. Service was quick and easy.

The free parking is actually extremely narrow and we drove Yaris and couldn’t manage to squeeze in. Multiple cars also gave up and went for the paid parking instead.

I reallly wanted a non-smoking room but unfortunately they were sold out. The whole floor smelled like smoke! Please make the whole hotel a non-smoking hotel.

It is better to have English sign for foreigners in restaurant. For example, トレイ返却 can be written with something like "Tray return"

Perfect location to stay for visiting the breweries. Super clean and new, friendly staff, great public bath, comfortable beds. Lots of places to eat nearby, close to station.

No complaints, an excellent place to stay.
