fantastic room- very clean and comfortable. Had all the necessary amenities for our family. The checkin process was generally straight forward and I had no problems following the instructions. The carpark coupon for use was also much appreciated.

Minimal food choices nearby with the exception of a small Japanese restaurant and a grocery store. A dustbin could also be placed in the laundry room for us to deposit the lint from the drying cycle.

Spacious and big room. Very comfortable and there was nothing to complain. Value for money and comparable - if not better - to most hotel standards. Two washing machine/dryers available for laundry use (we never had to wait).

As we checked in on a Sunday evening, there wasn't any food options within five minute walk. Had to walk a bit further to purchase food. Ps consider putting a dustbin beside the washing machine so that the lint can be dispose of.

The property exceeded my expectations in terms of spaciousness and cleanliness. It was well-equipped with all the amenities one would need. Additionally, I highly recommend visiting the nearby small, family-run restaurant. It offers a delightful dining experience that shouldn't be missed.

While our stay at the hotel was more than satisfactory, I must mention that the unit we stayed in lacked sufficient lighting, which made it feel a bit dim. Furthermore, the hotel's location is somewhat isolated and distant from popular tourist areas. It is worth noting that there were no convenience stores in close proximity, which may pose some inconvenience for guests.

The room was huge, both beds were a good size and it had all the facilities you would need. Shower/bathroom was also massive. The hotel was really clean and everything worked as expected. For what we paid, you honestly couldn't get much better value for money anywhere in the world!

The location was a bit odd - it's kind of in the middle of nowhere so make sure to book a taxi or be prepared to walk from the station! Also the check in process, while fairly easy to follow, was a bit confusing and with no one at reception to offer assistance i could imagine it catching some people out.

Lovely room, comfortable beds with new linen, fantastic bathroom. The whole place was spotlessly clean and a quiet location. Kitchen utensils etc sufficient for the number of persons to be accommodated.

The location is far from the train station.

The rooms were spacy, clean and filled with all ameneties. We got the value for our money.

There was no staff. There should be at-least one staff at the hotel at all times.

The facilities are some of the best we have found in Japan so far. Clean, big room. Check in was smooth. Parking is 3 minutes walking.

It's a very small small detail but the fridge was making a ticking noise at night so we turned it off.

It was nice, very spacious and comfortable but...

Under the couch were crumbs after someone's meal and my brother had the pleasure of meeting a cockroach at the toilet.

It’s not really close to town and when there are sports at the nearby stadium, the traffic is terrible and no taxis are available.
