The staffs are very friendly. I also like the food, especially it was free. It was the best breakfast I ever had here in Japan. ❤️ I also like that it is very near in the main station.

I don’t like the faucet in the bathroom. I think they should upgrade it. I can’t easily adjust the temperature according to my liking.

All the staff are lovely, very helpful, the food was amazing, breakfast & dinner included, distance to the train station was great, had a great view from my room as well

Front desk staff nice and very helpful, especially young ladies. Easy to communicate. Top floor Spa is also nice considering the price.

Breakfast was so crowded that I gave up on it, which was a bit disappointing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was handy for a traveller. Good value for money. Were able to store my bag for me.

Good location close to Hiroshima station so ot's easy to get the train or bus to anything you want to visit . The hotek even had a hot spring on the top floor

This is an excellent Hotel around city center and very convenient location. They offer heavy dinner and breakfast and it was beyond my expectation.

The customer service is good, half board food is so good and tasty

There was no wifi that was the only minus point
