Handy for the enormous Hiroshima train station which houses the platforms for the street cars. So very easy to get to the hotel as long as you exit North - that's important to know. Head for the Sheraton and take escalator to street level. Lovely breakfast which had a huge variety of items - really enjoyable.

Smallest room of my 4 weeks in Japan so far but super value and did I mention the breakfast? 😅

Great location, about 8 minute walk from hiroshima station. Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. If you arrive before check in time you you can leave your bags with the front desk and go explore, and if you are lucky and your room was already cleaned the staff will happily give you your key. Complimentary fountain drinks in the lobby. Very comfortable room. Would highly recommend, great price per stay. Would happily book this hotel again if I return to Hiroshima.

My only complaint would be to have softer/more squishy pillows. But this might be a personal preference

great room with a window you could open. They have smoking floors if you want to light up but make sure you book this especially. Views across to Mazda stadium in some rooms. Really helpful staff who will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied.

The only negative is staying there on a Sunday with pretty much all local restaurants closed for the day with the exception of restaurants at the Shinkansen station that charge 3 times more than everyone else

We stayed for only one night, so everything was fine. The room is small as most Japanese business hotels, the mattress was on a concrete platform, so we had to 'crawl' into our bed. The sink was outside the toilet/bathroom area, which was good. They offered complimentary drinks when we arrived, and the room had all the amenities and pajamas.

It would be nice to have power outlets on both sides of the bed.

Thanks for storing my luggage in morning’s hours so, I could see the places before the checkin time. I really like the staff, they are super exceptional, I wish I could hire them for my own business in India and provide such a high level of service to my IT clients. I had a small AC cooling issue, it was fixed super quickly. Please don’t think twice before booking, its a place to stay and experience a super 5 star staff service. I had asked for warm water for my packet food and they started machine for me, received such a top level of customer service. They have girls who are very friendly and speak English.

I am a vegetarian, the breakfast menu had nothing for me to eat except salads, I was expecting them to ask me so, I could have suggested them to make a mix vegitables fried rice. I had specifically asked during checkin to provide room so, I could see super fast trains because I saw a review from another guest who had such a memorable experience but they gave me a room (no 403) which has overlooking wall only. Sad.. I had asked for that train going & coming window room, if you needed more money then could have asked it.

The room is clean, has enough amenities, and the hotel also have laundry and free drinks in the 1st floor. The hotel is near Hiroshima station so it is great for me because I need to catch the Shinkansen early on the last day. You can easily go to the bus stop behind the station to go famous tourist spots as well. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location, 5 minutes of walk away from Hiroshima station. All amenities provided for. Saw people recommending the breakfast, so we booked it the night before. It's available from 5 am to 9 am, but I recommend to go to it as early as you can, as we came down near closing time and a lot of options were already gone. 7-Eleven and Family Mart neaby.

The guy at reception didn't speak English. He had to use a translator but even then we weren't completely sure of his replies.

The room is big enough for two people, and the shower is awesome. The hotel is really close to the Hiroshima station what was really good to us, because it’s easy to use public transport and walk with luggage. The staff was awesome, help me to order a pizza in Japanese and was really kind. Even have welcome drinks

Light switches were at your finger tips. You didn't have to remove the card to turn the lights out. Shower was really hot and provided alot more appliances than other hotels.breakfast had a wide variety of food both cooked and uncooked.

Lifts were a bit gruby

I had a very good deal for this fantastic place to stay. Luxuriance feeling, super staff, great beds and bedding. The room was big with a double bed all for myself. It has a small but nice public bath. Check out is at a lovely 11 hours, they'll keep your luggage if you want to. I liked the location because it was close to the station but also not far from the center
