The location was ideal for our trip, close to Hiroshima Station and the Mazda Zozo Stadium. We took a streetcar tram to the Peace Museum area/Hiroshima Castle. It's on a quiet street and we walked to various restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious with a small sink/refrigerator. Water pressure was amazing in shower/bathtub. The in-room washer/dryer unit worked wonderfully (there were detergent packets included on the shelf). Amenities were located in lobby (toothbrush, PJ's, etc). There is a small cafe for coffee and light drinks in the lobby. The staff was very helpful and easy check-in/check-out with QR code. Short 5 min walk to the Lawson konbini. Would stay here again!

It took a few tries to use the keypad door lock on the room entry, but easy to do with the code. Just make sure to lock the keypad when leaving the room.

The hotel is more like an Airbnb concept where you can get yourself checked in. The rooms were good. We had 3 suitcases and 4 carry on and were a family of 4. We didn’t have much problem moving inside the room. But the beds were very spacious. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk to the station which could be an issue to many and there isn’t much taxi around either in the area as the hotel is within an alley way. But you can order uber with ease or ask the reception for assistant. It was a very good stay keeping in mind the price of the stay is very reasonable.

The hotel is located about 10min slow walk from Hiroshima station which was fun for us as we could see how people live on the way to and from the hotel. We had our suitcases with us and were fine to walk to and from the hotel with them in tow. The rooms have a separate toilet which is a bonus and very clean and modern. The bathrooms were one of the biggest amongst the hotels we stayed in Japan. The washing machine was a bonus too but we struggled with a dryer function and once figured it out, it really crinkled our clothes, but this is a minor issue. The rooms didn’t have all mattresses made, only the base mattress in one room and we had to make tatamis ourselves for the rest of the family, we weren’t sure if it’s normal or not but didn’t raise it with staff. There’s no view, all windows are blocked with stained glass but you can open a window a crack for fresh air. Rooms don’t have balconies. Overall, a great small hotel with great staff and Ok coffee, thank you favHiroshima Stadium!

That we had to make almost all beds ourselves.

A cozy and quiet apartment. The apartment is located far from the main road and can have a peaceful rest throughout the night. The room is spacious, equipped with big beds, a mini kitchen with cooking utensils, a bathtub, and a washing machine. Overall, it is an enjoyable stay with a family of 4 pax.

The apartment is located quite a distance from the train station(Hiroshima Station). At least a 10-minute walk from station to apartment. No facilities are available in the apartment, i.e No gym, No onsen, No eateries except a mini-bar cum frontdesk. No housekeeping service, except they will change your used towels.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The value for money is unbeatable. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious, equipped with nice design furniture and comfortable beds. The noise insulation is perfect; you can't hear anything from outside. A/C works great. The shower is big and functional. WC is separated. There is a small kitchen with a sink, fridge, and cooking countertop. The bus stop to the city center is right behind the corner, 2 min walking. Train station is 6 min away. Great place to stay in Osaka.

The room upon arrival was as represented by pictures beforehand. A very comfortable room with a good bathroom and shower, it even included a washing machine. For Western visitors, there is no dryer, so unless you're staying for several days to dry your clothes, not much point in using the washing machine.

Their check-in emails removed their links to check in online and receive a check-in QR code in advance. We thought that we might not be able to enter when we arrived because Google mail removed the hotel's check-in links. Using the on-site camera we were able to identify ourselves after-hours and were let in, thankfully.

Easy walk to Hiroshima Station or Matoba-Cho Tram Station. The room for 4 is definitely very spacious. The WC and shower room are separated for the family to use concurrently. Large shower room. The hotel is new in the vicinity of residential area.

Not worth to include the breakfast. The breakfast are just pre-pack for takeaway with either the choice of egg sandwiches or granola yoghurt with choice of simple drinks. Fees are required for room cleaning service but changing of towels is free. Very limited choice of dining and no convenient store in the immediate area of the hotel. More of service apartment than a hotel.

What a fabulous location! We were within a short walking distance to the baseball stadium and we enjoyed walking to the game with all the local people. The traditional Japanese-style room with tatami mats and futons we set up ourselves added to the joy of experiencing this culture. This location was excellent for accessing the streetcar to historic sites in Hiroshima, including the Peace Museum.

We wish someone at the reception desk would have told us where the pajamas were. Only upon leaving the next morning did we find a dresser drawer near the exit that had the cotton, comfortable pajamas. We missed wearing them in our lovely traditional room.

We loved our room - we had four adults and two kids and the size was perfect. There was plenty of room for the kids to play, the beds were spacious and comfortable. Close to the station and a short walk to a Family Mart! The amenities were great and the staff were super friendly. Check in was quicky and easy. Will come back!

The bin in our room was really small so we couldn't really fit much rubbish into it and didn't really no for sure where to put it. Other than that there was nothing else wrong with the place.

We had an Art Quadruple room, which was large and well equipped - particularly liked having a washing machine in the room. The kitchen was reasonably equipped so you could do the basics. It has the feel of a motel since room access is via open walkways. Breakfast was basic - yogurt and granola or an egg sandwich. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good for us since we were travelling by train, with the station and access to buses 10 minutes walk away. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
