Staff was very polite and kind; they had a system issue when we were trying to check in, so we left our luggage and went out. When we came back and checked in, they gave a handwritten apology note in English and a couple packs of foot strips for the trouble even though it was such a small thing. The value for money was excellent. The included breakfast had some breads and Japanese style breakfast foods. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very good.

There was only 1 elevator for the whole building and oftentimes a line in the lobby to use it.

The most spacious room I’ve stayed in during my whole trip. The bed felt a bit hard at first but turned out to be perfect. Loved that the window could be opened. I loved the free daily breakfast. It’s a high traffic facility and that’s noticeable on the staff, they work very very hard but they tend to not always to be relaxed. I really love Hiroshima and would’ve stayed longer at this hotel if it was possible.

Excellent location next to the station, great staff, clean and good value for money.

Hard beds as characteristic of this chain, breakfast was not good (small serving area, too crowded, limited food choices). We bought breakfast at 7-11 due to this.

The option and ease of self check-in, clean and spacious room, convenient location, and free breakfast were what I liked. Everything was made simple, easy and self-explanatory.

You can see the aging of the room and elevator can be very crowded in the morning.

Very crowded- every day there seemed to be a tour group checking in. Only one elevator, which took especially long in the mornings. Beds were a little hard and the pillows felt like beads

Location - 5 mins walk from Hiroshima station, the tram station 'Matoba-Cho' to connect to city is less than 200 mtrs away. Facilities - Good wifi, breakfast was nice with multiple options. Bathroom - Clean, bathtub available, all toiletries provided, hot water was easily available.

Close to train station and bus stops. Walking distance for most of the main attractions. The stuffs were really nice also. Easy to find.

Hard to open both suitcases but since we only stayed there for one night it was not a big problem but if we stayed longer then it might be difficult to unpack and pack our stuff.

Nothing. Breakfast area was busy but that was more down to us leaving at the time most business people were leaving too.

Excellent location. Right next to the Shinkansen station. Also walking distance to the peace park.

We asked for an extra towel during our first day. But the staff didn't give us any. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Very basic overrall. 10 Minute walk from the trainstation and another 15 Minutes walk away from major tourist spots. Clean, comfy beds, working wifi. Solid choice for a couple of days in Hiroshima
