Everything went smoothly with my stay. The room was ideal with more space than typical for a single room. The room was on a corner of the hotel and had beautiful views from three windows over two rivers and some cherry blossom. It is conveniently located near the train station and almost half way between the main city centre and train station. I enjoyed my conversations with one of the cleaners, whose son was soon to start university. It was great value compared with other hotels I stayed with across Japan.

The breakfast could have been improved. It was simply two slices of toast with some salad. It wasn't the most filling, but that's all I can fault about the stay here.

Location was a 10 - 8 minute walk from the station! It also straight walk down the road to the castle! Breakfast was super delicious and just filling enough that I could still eat during lunch! Really recommend getting that 100 yen discount if you reserve it the night before!

Small bathroom but over all wasn’t there long enough to bother me too much! I wish the sign for do not disturb also had the no need for fresh towels and yukata as well. Since it was winter it wasn’t needed. But would definitely appreciate it during summer!

For a "Business" hotel, my room was rather large -- having decent space around the Full Size bed. The staff were very friendly, and one spoke a bit of english. The room surfaces were very clean, with a firm by comfortable bed and two medium-soft pillows (a single pillow half-filled with beads seems to be the standard in Japan). This is one of the most affordable Business-class hotels in the area near Hiroshima Station.

The hotel fitments are old, including the simple soaking tub and shower wand, (the textured white wallpaper was a little dingy, but that stuff is impossible to clean) and the tv was very small. When I returned from dinner, a 1.5" roach-like beetle (didn't have wings) was hanging out up on my wall. I relocated it to the outside world, but it bothered my friend for the remainder of the stay.

The location is perfect, close to the Hiroshima station, yet a bit aside from the noise and crowds. The view from my room was just amazing, observing the Hiroshima night live and Kyobashi river coast during the day is something really memorable (view from other rooms might be not that great thu). The breakfast was good to my taste, but could be a bit better (see below)

Can't say I didn't like it, but for some people it may be important - you can't really choose what to get for a breakfast, there is a predefined set of dishes, which is given to every guest. I found it quiet good, but having options is always better

Fabulous little hotel approximately 10 mins walk from train station. Spotlessly clean and quiet. (The doors are fitted with silent door closers so no slamming of doors 24/7 - my pet peeve). Bathroom had a small bath, ideal for soaking after a cold day. There is a tv but no English channels. Fridge was also useful. Room was cleaned every day without asking.

Nothing. Room was perfect for me (solo traveller) but maybe a bit small for 2.

Staff was at first very inflexible but later they relented and let me check in earlier, so I can put my things down, rest a little and then go explore Hiroshima. They made it possible to check in easily as I had a problem with my card. They even gave me a wonderful view from my window !!! I love it.

The room is really, really tight. But I had a great view from the room - so that made up for the tight space.

A five minute walk from Hiroshima Station. Clean room and bathroom (although there was black in the rout) the ventilation might be weak. Room would have been more spacious if they didn’t put the desk along the corner. Breakfast was simple but delicious

Got a room at the end of the hall, so the window faced the Main Street. The problem with this is, the window is closed but not sealed shut for noise. You will hear street sounds and those public announcements they make.

Location was great in terms of being close to the train station and not too far away from main sites. The room was comfortable and it had a great view from the window. Comfortable yukata and slippers.

Bed cover did not look as clean, dust in the floor.

AN UNEXPECTED TYPE OF ROOM . WE ONLY BOOK FOR DOUBLE ROOM RATE AND YET WE GOT LIKE A MASTERS BEDROOM WITH SECOND FLOOR . IT WAS VERY WONDERFUL . WE LOVE IT SO MUCH . IT HAS ITs BEAUTIFUL VIEW. NICE VERANDA WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS .

The staff went above and beyond during my stay. They were extremely friendly and spoke good english. The welcome drink was a great added touch. The rooms although a little small, were clean and cozy! The breakfast that was included was absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent, about 5-10 min walk from the train station and 15-20 minutes from major sight seeing locations in the city.

It was hard to tell where the main entrance of the hotel was located as it looks like you are entering the restaurant and there was a sign on the other side of the building, but overall a great stay!
