Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to check-in and out. Rooms were well supplied and clean. Location to the main station was very handy and the lovely little walking track along the river a bonus. We had a room with a view of the river which was a little bit obstructed by dirt but the blackout blinds were very effective and were helpful for a sleep in.

Would have loved a cheap laundry option. We were in need of some washing and drying and had to go down to a laundromat which was okay but might have been good to have one on site! Aside from that and the smudginess taking away from the gorgeous view out our window, the stay was worth it.

The views of the river are superb, it's walking distance to Peace Park (although it was ridiculously hot), and there's a convenience store on the corner! The room was comfortable and the bathroom very good. The staff went the extra mile to make sure our luggage was collected for forwarding that day, even though the service had really closed. Much appreciated!

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was not included in the price, and offered fairly indifferent options, particularly its Japanese options. But maybe I just didn't recognise what they were. The hotel's version of okonomiyaki was a bit of a joke really though.

The location was brilliant, 10 minutes walk from the railway station, if you take the correct exit, (South West), and there are also many interesting eating establishments around the railway station, and It's also only a slightly further walk for many of Hiroshimas tourist attractions. The hotel staff were lovely, friendly, welcoming and very professional in everydway, if we return to Hiroshima we would certainly use this hotel again, but choose a larger room.

The room we chose was a little on the small size, but, now we have stayed in other hotels in Japan, it seems to be the norm.

This hotel was good value. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and quiet. The room had a lovely view of the river. It was perfect for our one night stay as it was about a 10 minute walk from the train station which we needed to use to move on the next day.

Nothing really. It was a little bit outside of the main city area. We ended up getting a taxi to the peace memorial and museum for convenience. We also walked home from main shopping area that night - it took us about 20/25 min, so it's not big deal just something to be aware of.

Luxurious facilities, Exceptional buffet breakfast, convenient location, helpful staff, awesome riverside access, comfy beds, great riverside/city views. Staff helped book us a taxi and waited outside with us until the taxi arrived, they also received our luggage via luggage forwarding, they cleaned our room daily and provided new amenities daily including slippers, hair brush, hand drip coffee, pyjamas etc

Small room as expected based on photos when booking, but somewhat bigger than a lot of other Japanese hotels

The rooms were gorgeous—warm, cozy, and equipped with excellent bathroom facilities, including a separate bathroom, shower, and toilet. My window offered a view of the river and the buildings across from it. The breakfast was also quite good. This hotel is located on a side street, giving it a more local and quiet feel. While it takes a bit longer to reach the main attractions of the city, I believe it's worth it, as you get to explore a more authentic, non-touristy part of the area

The main issues with this hotel are that the rooms are not serviced daily.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the train station (10+ minutes) and the JR sightseeing bus lines. View of the river from our room was pretty, especially the night lights. The breakfast was good with an ample selection of different foods. The staff was always so friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The room was quite small. Oddly, there was a picture window separating the bathroom and the rest of the room but it did make the room look a little bigger. There were blinds you could close to give you privacy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were happy to hold our luggage for us until our room was ready. The hotel was clean and comfortable but not particularly special. A fine place to stay when you are passing through for a night as we were. There was a small cafe in the lobby where we were able to order some dinner and drinks but it closed at 6pm.

The room was small and the beds were quite hard. The room had a view out to the river but a tiny window so we couldn't really enjoy the view. The hotel was close to the train station but not close to the places that we wanted to visit around the city so we had to catch taxis to get around.

It was walking distance to railway station, river side location -,our rooms had river side views which was really nice! Staff at reception was really nice and very helpful - also explained to us how to get to the main sights. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good too. We liked the breakfast room which was bright (day light) and also faced the riverside. Everything was very clean!

The standard room is very small and it is difficult to open a suitcase if you do t want to put it on your bed. But this size seems to be typical for japanese standard rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were highly professional, polite, spoke English and were always friendly and helpful. The young lady at check-in was especially impressive—very competent and efficient. Our room on the 7th floor was beautifully designed with a stunning view of the river, and the location near Hiroshima Station was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

The size of the room was a little bit small.
