The young male staff wearing eye glasses and the female staff with on our arrival are very warm, nice and friendly. The male staff wearing glasses even booked a taxi for us not like the male staff who is working on our check out did not even make and effort just bluntly said taxi are very busy in the morning without even trying. We are 2 elderly couples and walking to the station with luggages are quite a challenge.

Polite, attentive and friendly staff. Tried their best to accommodate me (I have very little knowledge of the japanese language). I got free breakfast which made the start of the day much easier.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking but this is solely personal preference

The location is good, however there are different toyoko’s in the area so be aware when putting the location in your Maps app. Is about 10-15 mins to Hiroshima station exiting south.

A short walk from the train station. A decent free breakfast included. Happily stored my bags until check in time.

Location is great, between the train station and the downtown. Professional staff. The room is very functional.

I arrived in the hotel at 1:30am. But the Front Desk insisted that I can only check in as per rule, ie at 4pm.

The room smelled of smoke presumably coming from cigarettes. The room was quite noisy especially regarding noises coming from the floor and other rooms.
