Nice location, okay view from the windows (I’m used to hotels’ windows looking on the wall of another building in Asia). I was surprised it’s not a hostel for this price. A teapot was good to have, also it was good they have tea, lotions and stuff in the lobby. Nice bathroom. They cleaned every day, amazing. The pillow was weird but very comfortable . The staff also provided me the outlet chargers for phone

I took a smoking room because it was cheaper. It smells, you have to be ready for that. I thought I was ready but I wasn’t. I could feel the smell in my sleep.

The hotel is in a great location close to the station and the city center! The staff was very hospitable, welcoming and warm! They spoke English, all of them! Many 7/11s and Lawsons nearby. The cleanness was great in all spaces and in my room. The room had a nice size for one person, it was spacious and comfy. The bed was not something great but it was ok for the room's price.

The hotel feels a bit used and old. It is true that WiFi is truly a problem with this hotel...super slow. A bit of modernization and renovation would make it a 100/10. Of course someone who will spend less than a week will not care about all that. Especially for its price range and great hospitality! I would definitely go back if I was ever again in Hiroshima!

It is near by the party and shopping area from Hiroshima, but the hotel itself is cute and for a 2 star resident absolutely a good choice, Every person from the hotel staff had been friendly and did a nice support. The room was big enough, also for tall people and my bed was French size also comfort. I did not expected such a nice and good comfort . And in the hotel is nothing to hear or feel about this exiting area. Food restaurants, Cafes, Arcades, big stores and fashion shops, bars…. And the train bus, a tram , had a stop at this area also. You do not need a taxi. Straight from Hiroschima rail station, you can take 6 or 2 bus train. It is also lose to a Museum and Japanese garden and the tram goes to the direction of other sightseeing tours. Ask in the railway station about it. They have a bus train map with special Sightseeing-Tours. Everybody is very helpful, if you can not speak Japan , they will help you in English. And brochure also in English at tourist information. There are a lot lockers at the station , on every base. Enjoy Hiroshima , with respect and fun.

The Museum and Japanese garden. In the lake are koi’s and turtles. The Museum is nice and has a lot of Impressionistic and other Japanese art. At 17th of July Ghibli art exhibition starts. Ask tourist office.

Not a large place. Within walking distance of the central tourist sites if you're under 40. Close to tramway if you want to take it easy. It's close to the riverside and a nice morning walk. There are some translations on site but I didn't learn about the laundry until I spotted a washing machine icon, details only in japanese, in the lift. I've suggested they add this in English. But the staff are on deck 24/7. That's because they want you to turn in your room key every time you leave the building. I just ignored that bit.

The only criticism I could think of was the translation thing. You're on booking.com. we assume that's so you can target a wider cohort of potential customers. So act like it and get more multi- lingual. That's probably the arrogance of having only one language but if I was French or Swiss, it'd be good to have the hotel focused on communication. It makes people feel like you are customer focused.

This hotel had everything we expected from it. For Japanese standards the room was relatively spacious. It was very clean and even though I stayed in a smoker room as a non-smoker, the smell was barely noticeable at all!

I did some washing in the laundry machine on 2nd floor and it didn't really get super clean. New washing machines and driers would be a good investment

Very nice hotel with great staff, and close to the station, but we can take a tram. One of the best Hiroshima okonomiyaki is near. From the hotel is also not so far to other places in Hiroshima.

Its location is ideal for visiting the local places of interest and easy walking distance from the main station.

The room had a kettle but no drink supplies. However hot coffee and cold drinks were available in the reception for free.

The bed was a wide twin, which was nice. I was brought new towels daily. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First and foremost, the wifi was unstable, unreliable, one of the worst I have had. The location was a bit far from any point of interest or transport. The washing machine and dryer are very old.

Paid Car park on site need advance booking if possible as limitted lots. Location on small alley but easy to move around once get onto main road just few minuites walk. Love this hotel staff are friendly helpful free coffee at lobby, microwave is available

Daily room cleaning, fresh towels and bed sheets every day. Better bathroom/toilet compared to other rooms I've stayed at. Nice bed, pillow acceptable. Would stay here again.

Undesirable location for travellers. 15min walk to hiroshima station.
