I got the triple room and was surprised how tiny it was. There was no room to move. Suitable for 2 people but not for 3 (who had lots of luggage). Was nice and clean, had everything you needed. Free buffet breakfast which was amazing and free alcoholic drinks between certain times which was a really nice touch. Nice hot pool, which I did try once but in middle of night as you go in naked and im not keen been naked around other females. Handy location to Peace museum, shops, transport etc.

The room size. I didnt expect it to be that small. Out of my whole trip and 6 different hotels i have stayed in this was the tinest.

A great hotel in a convenient location. The staff at the front desk have been very helpful and even provided great tips about where to eat! The cleaning crew keeps the place spotless and the breakfast team ensures you kick off your day with a wonderful meal. I personally liked the area and found it easy to use the hotel as my base while exploring Hiroshima. The hotel has many amenities to make your stay a comfortable one and I loved the variety of pillows available.

The hotel had a small but nice natural hot spring bath, which I liked using. Also, for the guests of the hotel, there was a welcome bar where serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks were free. The hotel also uses a electronic key pad instead of a hotel room card, which is a nice feature. Of further note, the hotel was located in a night club/relaxation venues, which revealed the hedonistic side of prim-and-proper Hiroshima. There were all sorts of people, of all ages, from Japanese business people to European-Anglophile families staying the hotel. The hotel and location would most certainly be a dream for the 20-35 year old market, but it will suit people of all types.

I would not call this a "dislike", it's more of a caveat. You need to be aware that you will need to catch a streetcar from Hiroshima station to downtown Hiroshima, then walk about 5 minutes to the hotel. I would not recommend walking to the hotel from Hiroshima Station, which is what I did with two pieces of luggage, .that took me 40 minutes, which was my error. So, a reminder to definitely use the streetcar.

Breakfast was basic but fine. Different pillow types avaialble for rooms just off of the lobby. The gentleman checking us in spoke excellent English. Free cocktails in the lobby in the early evening hours. Several conveniences stores nearby for cheap snacks.

Very limited Western and vegetarian choices for breakfast. Very early (10 am) and non-extendable checkout. Would stay at this hotel (and other hotels in the chain) again.

Super Hotel is a modern, well-located hotel. The onsen was a great way to end the day, and the buffet breakfast a great way to start it. It is a short walk from okonomiyaki restaurants and the Hiroshima historical district easily accessible by foot.

The room was clean and well-appointed but a very tight squeeze for 3 adults. For 2 adults, the room and bathroom size would be just adequate.

I have never stayed at a hotel that offered so many amenities. I was skeptical if everything - the breakfast (EXCELLENT), the free open bar (very good with you-pour-your-own mixers), and the Japanese bath and spa (delightfully relaxing) - were all free. They were free, completely included, and at times that made sense to use by an average traveler. This was the best value for the money of any hotel I stayed in during my trip to Japan.

Unless you wanted to take a cab, the location is not near any major transportation line. That said, it was only a 20-minute walk from the train station. We had backpacks, the roads are all level (no hills to climb) and it was an easy walk. Part of the walk includes a nice walk along the river. The neighborhood appears a bit sketchy - like walking in a back alley, by USA standards. It was quite safe and I never once felt we were in a hazardous place. I WOULD stay there again.

Hot baths 😍 Welcome drink with tasty plum wine 😍 Breakfast was amazing 😻 Comfortable room. All the stuff was so nice ☺️

Everything was great 👍🏻 Maybe should be added info what to do in case of earthquakes... It was my first day in Japan, and at late evening earthquake happens... There was no info how to act in case of that. Pillow would be great to have one extra, was small one. But in lobby you can borrow extra one if is available.

The hotel is situated in a great location. The center/Freedom Memorial is within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants and cafés around to pick from. The staff is very friendly, helpful and acommodating and takes their time to explain everything. They even have a self-service laundry in the hotel, which is very practical. The amenities are all being cleaned daily, comfy bed. Can fully recommend!

The whole hotel is layered in tatami plates, so you have to wear slippers which you are provided with. Shoes can be safely stored in little lockers at the entrance. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, but as this is more traditional Japanese hotel there is no western style breakfast. In the evening there is a bowl of ramen available. The onsen is great and there is also a little library for mangas and soda machines and free ice cream available. Some receptionist speak exceptional english and others translate by using those little translate devices you speak into.

The location was good, several restaurants around, walking distance to Hiroshima memorial park and also to Hiroshima station or tram. The free bar was nice surprise. We could have select the pillows which suits us.

The room could be bigger or at least there could be some shelves for our clothes. For us with backpacks it was not a problem to walk to tram station but it could be an issue for someone. The hotel staff could barely speak English and they did not helped me with sending some postcards. The breakfast was average with some selection of western style but mostly japanese.
