I really liked the system that allows the guest to refill amenities and towels at any time at their convenience. The location was brilliant for my purpose of visit (exploring the center of the city with all the park, canals and Peace memorials). Luggage can be left at the reception before check in. The room was modern and had everything I needed for my stay. I was especially pleased about the desk and desk chair. You rarely see proper chairs at hotels, not even business hotels, so this was a pleasant surprise and came in handy.

Doesn't apply to me but depending on your expectations a TV/monitor might have been nice to have in the room.

This budget hotel is really worth the price. Everything was clean, confortable, its well located. Perfect. I totally recommand.

The only very bad thing was the receptionnist. In a city where so many tourists come, speaking english is a must. Not only she couldnt say a word,but she didnt explain anything : the breakfast, the floor our room is located...nothing. She could clearly see we are not japanese but kept on speaking her language. I told her twice ' i cant understand' . She never felt sorry, looked annoyed and kept on. She should be fired. No smile, no informations, no english= useless

The staff was helpful. Some of them even speak English, but those that don't are really trying to help. The location is amazing. At the centre of all the nightlife, restaurants and bars, about 10 minute walk to the peace park and only 30 min walk from the station.

The windows don't open. It was hot and stuffy. I couldn't really sleep well and waking up was a struggle because of that. The room is small, but if you have only one suitcase, you'll be fine. Also, the light in the main part of the room wasn't working, so any night time reading / work / make up is a challenge.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location, walking distance to main attractions, shops, nightlife and restaurants. Good sized room and bed, quiet and secure. Hatchobori Station nearby for trams to train station and ferry stop for Miyajima Island. Great value for money, hassle free.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. Great location near to train stations and lots of convenience stores. I would stay again.

Washing machine made my clothes stink of cheese. So had to rewash them at another place.

Staff were disgusting girl make me wait while she was talking with her friend while customer was waiting. At the morning girl was behind the back of reception when I call her see looks bit pissed off.

The location was convenient and there was a nice view of the winter illumination area from the window. The room was small but clean and comfortable and there was wifi.

The staff couldn't find my name in the reservations at first and suggested I'd mistaken the hotel with the similarly-named guesthouse nearby so it made me a little worried.
