The location was good. Easy access via bus or streetcar. Both stops were within 500m and an easy walk. Staff were helpful on arrival, baggage minding until check-in. Onsen was nice. The room was very clean. Common areas and facilities were spacious and clean.

There was a lack of communication before the booking that worried me a bit. The rooms were lacking in power outlets, and a member of our group needed a power outlet near the bed for medical reasons. It was also noted that as international travellers, lack of power outlets meant we couldn't charge everything overnight as needed. The beds were very solid. I found that i woke up with a backache in the morning. An extra pillow or two would have been welcome as well.

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the Peace Memorial park and other major spots. About 30 minutes walk from Hiroshima station but lots of public transport access. There’s also a free public bath, and laundry facilities. The room was comfortable. Staff were helpful.

My room was clean but there were some marks on the walls etc that were unsightly. No amenities like tea or coffee in the room was something I’ve grown accustomed to too.

Close to all touristic spots, to the big boulevard and within walking distance from shopping area. If you have JR pass, use the loop buses, very useful, stops are exactly where you need them. Room was just big enough to move around without hitting stuff. Public bath excellent, very friendly with foreigners. The water tank dowstairs, the umbrellas, all useful details to make your stay comfortable. Daily cleaning was excellent.

The Hokke Club Hotel benefits from a great location, walking distance from the Hiroshima Peace Park, museum and castle. Walk instead a few minutes north and you'll find yourself surrounded by amazing restaurants. The immediate neighbourhood of the hotel is calm, so you'll enjoy a good rest. Rooms are comfortable, with full amenities. The hotel also has a very nice Japanese bath!

The Spa in the hotel is excellent. Also the hotel breakfast is much better than other 4 star hotels : home-made taste and hot!! The location is perfect if you are at Hiroshima for visiting Peace Museum and Dome.

It is a bit away from bus or tram station.

At front, wishes, be more honest about booking. Asked for two beds instead gave me double bed which was one bed. And needed to go to front desk, again.

Nice, big and clean room. Staff was friendly. There was a vending machine with drinks/beers in the hotel. The location was also good, walking distance to the memorial museum. There is also an onsen in the hotel, but we didn't use it.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but everything was really clean.

Public bath house is beautifully done and a unique Japanese experience.

Washrooms are very small. My son saw a cockroach in the stairs and didn’t like the rest of the stay… we didn’t see any in any other hotels in Japan.

Great location to Peace Park and loop bus stop. Great buffet variety for breakfast and loved the hot bath facilities.

Rooms are a little on the small side but bed was comfortable.

Walking distance to the memorial and museum. Also within walking distance is shopping and dining which was very nice. On the day of departure the taxi ride to the train station was very short and fare super reasonable that made for a very nice stay. One very nice touch was the bed size which was not the usual “Japanese “ bed to fit two people, was more like home. The buffet breakfast was very good.
