Free amenities...all you want...in the lobby. Free coffee. The laundry facilities and prices were very good. Parking attendant was accommodating considering I was hauling a SUP board on the room of my car, and the price per night was very good for the area, I think. The shokudo attached to the place (?) was convenient and good value. Check-out was quick and easy with the machines in the lobby.

The view from the window. Offices across the street were drama. Stains on carpet in the room. That you can't just pay for one VOD movie; you have to buy a 1,000 yen buffet card. The temperature in shower was hard to adjust.

The room is clean and quiet. We liked how easy it was to indicate if we needed our room cleaned or if we only needed new towels by using the magnets on the door. When we arrived at Hiroshima station, we took street car line #1 for about 15-minutes to the hotel. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk to the Peace Memorial Park. We enjoyed our stay. :)

The bed is big and comfortable but the pillows felt like they were filled with popcorn foam, not really a problem but more of an unusual thing for us. Our room didn’t have a view because the window was covered with a frosted film. The lighting of the room was on the colder side and we prefer warmer light.

We had a nice view over the city from our room. The staff was friendly and spoke English, which made the check-in and check-out easy. The only thing we had a problem with was the information provided about the hotels' car park. Prior to our arrival we were advised that there is one for the hotel guests, but when we arrived, it turned out it's only operaiting from 7am-10pm (our arrival was short before 11pm). We had to use a coin park somewhere near the hotel, which was not necessarily convenient. On the other hand, it was better for us to use the coin park than be restricted by silly operation times of the hotels' car park.

The hotel’s central location near the Peace Memorial is undoubtedly one of its highlights. It made exploring the city convenient and added a layer of historical significance to the visit. Additionally, having Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven in the neighborhood was incredibly handy for quick snacks and essentials. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and well-furnished, with a proper desk, a chair, and even a mini sofa, making it comfortable for both work and relaxation. The bathroom was equally roomy, which added to the overall comfort. The staff also deserve special mention for their friendliness and willingness to assist, which enhanced the overall experience.

The only drawback was the limited number of pillows provided—just two. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected at least an option for additional pillows to ensure a better night's rest.

Short walk from street car station. Within walking distance to Peace Museum and Okonomimura.

I got confused this hotel with another one with same name (Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hiroshima-ekimae). I originally booked this hotel believing that it was next to Hiroshima station). Turn out it wasn't. We had to take 25 mins ride with street car to get here. Luckily, the ride was straightforward and was a short walk to the hotel after. However, room is very small for a twin room. We hardly were able to put down our luggage to unpack.

Staff was really nice, main sights and bus stop in walking distance. They have washing mashines that also dry the laundry.

Breakfast was not that good. I asked if it was possible to serve the breakfast without the sausages, which the waitress confirmed with "no sausage" and then they served the breakfast with sausages and without ketchup. They seemed a little confused. The other day they sat another couple at the table where they already sat us while we were getting coffee. Staff was really really friendly though.

The rooms were relatively small but clean. Very bare-bones decor - you can tell this is a business hotel vs. a touristy hotel, which is why the cost is better. Loved the Family Mart in the lobby, and the hotel is located about a 3 min walk from the local streetcar station, which is what we ended up using as our primary mode of transport around Hiroshima. There are also 4 combo washer/dryer machines to use in the building - it was 500 yen per wash & dry cycle per load, and the machines automatically added their own laundry detergent. You also put in a 4 digit pin when you started the load so it would remain locked until you came back and put the pin in to unlock it. Also, in the lobby you can use the check in machines to exchange your coins for bills which came in extremely handy for us.

The room was medium-sized for Japan, and the bathroom was one of the smallest we had during our trip, but it was very clean.

Perfectly located with tram and bus stops outside and only a short walk to the peace park and atomic bomb dome. The staff were helpful pre-arrival and throughout my stay; the requested bedding was in place in the room on arrival and a proper secure storage of luggage post checkout was available and worked well. This and the free loan umbrellas allowed maximum use of time in Hiroshima. The breakfast board showing when people were going for breakfast was a useful innovation to show the actual likely peak demand. Breakfast had just three choices (Japan/US/mixed) but was delivered swiftly and was good quality.

The room was smaller than ideal and so there was no bedside table - which I use a lot - and limited space to unpack/place a suitcase. There was great tasting filter coffee in the room in filter bags with cute fold out hooks for the side of the cup, but the cups were too small so the bags completely filled them and the mesh on the bags was so fine that it was difficult to poor hot water into the cup or onto/through the bag without it rolling/bouncing off onto the table.

The room was great, right on the top floor, excellent city views. The hotel location, only about a 10-min walk from Peace Park, was exactly what we were looking for. The room size was good for two foreigners, too haha!

The city noise wasn't that bad, but it still seeped through the windows. If you're a light sleeper, even on the upper floors you won't be able to escape the occasionally sound of the Hiroshima trams. (Didn't really bother me and my partner, though!)

Everything was perfect. We didn't book a room With breakfast, but also not they did offer it.

They have 2 properties with almost the same name, and we ended in the wrong one on a Sunday almost midnight. We just wanted to get a room and go to sleep. They should work it out the name thing to avoid confusion.
