Great location by the peace park. We were in hiroshima for one night mainly to visit the park and museum. The hotel was nice for the cost. The room was small and simple, perfectly adequate for our needs.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but I recommend finding a less busy time to visit the peace museum. It was one of our most important itinerary items in Japan, but the crowds really ruined the ability to properly experience the museum and learn about it. It wasn't just a lot of people which I was expecting. Parts of it were shoulder to shoulder crowding. I don’t want to discourage visiting it, just strategize the timing if you can. The park itself and the dome were still absolutely worthwhile.

It is convenient, walking distance to all main sights in Hiroshima. Plenty of store’s & restaurants nearby, beautiful views & a microwave was a nice touch.

Front desk staff not present, self check in machine did not have English as an option, used a translator & still it wouldn’t work, pushed call button & waited a ridiculous amount of time for someone to check us in. Also, it has the smallest toilet seat opening I have ever experienced, comical trying to use it, see photos.

The location is very strategic, in my opinion. Very close to Memorial Park, but not that far from the bus terminal. The view from my room was beautiful. The facilities were complete; there was even a microwave there. The room and the bathroom were comfortable.

The front desk was often empty. So you have to call the number provided to meet the officer. The price does not include breakfast, so better buy something from Konbini. Compared to other hotels, I think the room was a bit too small. So it felt too cramped.

Good size room for a full family of 4. Booked a twin room with two large twin beds. Convenient facilities and spectacular location. Big size shower/toilet cubicle within the room. Laundry within the apartment complex was cheap and convenient for a small load of clothes washing.

Overall really comfortable and clean with up to date facilities. Noticed a tiny bit of dirt on the bathroom ceiling and shower curtain. Didn't detain from the stay. Just made it a 9 instead of a 10. Still top notch. Would stay again.

Great location by the Peace park, River, small ferry to Miyajima Island, and shopping and restaurants.

Unfortunately, we found the staff rather unhelpful or friendly. One male staff member basically acted as if we weren’t there and avoided us when we wanted to ask about bag storage until check in.

Just in front of the peace museum, superb location. I took smoker room and was fine. The TV didn't worked but the staff made a great effort into fixing it despite not getting it to work. They offered me to change room but I didn't mind it.

Just your average Livemaxx experience, if you're not a smoker keep clear of the smoker floor.

The location was perfect, overlooking the river, Peace Memorial Museum, and Atomic Bomb Dome. A very short walk to the streetcar and bus stops. There are also convenience stores nearby. Our room overlooked the river and had two twin beds side by side for our family of four. Very quiet neighborhood. We recommend.

Automated check-in might be confusing for a first-timer. The front desk is staffed only during the afternoon. The kiosk was stuck in a loop when we went to checkout in the morning so they have a sign that says to drop off the key in a drop box.

I did not know about the beautiful view across the street at time of booking but really enjoyed it. The self check in/check out process was very easy to use. Currently(March,April) the path outside along the water looks beautiful with all of the Sakura trees . The view from our window was also great, we could see the Atomic Bomb Dome! The location is also a huge plus, less than 15 minute walk to Hondori street.

Bed was a little small as was the bathroom but for the price you can’t complain
