Location is superb. Next to major tourist attractions. Easy to get there by public transport. Not faraway at all from Hiroshima Station. Lots of local food and shopping nearby. Best ramen i've eaten is just around the corner and great value! Hotel was very accomodating, and allowed family of 2 + 2 to stay in a room with 2 beds. (crammed sleeping space, but saved on getting another room) you just have to ask before you stay. (I was going to cancel if they didn';t allow it)

Cost of food in hotel was quite expensive and I wouldn't have paid for it for the whole family, but its price was expected for such a nice hotel. Fittings were sometimes unexpectedly plastic, but this was a really old hotels so I guess some wooden features were replaced with plastic ones.

The lobby area with the separate area in the back with a wooden lace-like structure was beautiful (wedding venue). The front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious. In front of the hotel there was an area with boulders and trees that survived WWII, which was oddly a peaceful location to read. Their were restaurants close by the hotel. The memorials and museum were close by.

The rooftop facility had a lovely view but the set up was very rough with a thrown together appearance. Self service or service provided. Self was a refrigerator glass front case or/and beer taps.

Our room was modern and a good size for Japanese hotels. Very comfortable. We had access to the Executive Lounge which was very luxurious with fanatastic views and enjoyed very high standard complementary drinks, breakfast, afternoon tea and evening apperatifs which were numerous. All the staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. The hotel location was excellant being only a 5 minute walk from the Peace Park and easy access to the streetcar stops. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing that we would have changed.

We reserved a room here at the very last moment (when another accommodation fell through), and I made a mistake and only reserved one night, so then made a separate reservation for three additional nights. When we checked in and explained this to the desk clerk, he was kind and helpful, finding a way to change it so that we would not have to change rooms. He had to put us in a handicapped-accessible room, but that was okay, and the clerk also included breakfasts, which were very good. The location of this hotel is superb -- very close to Peace Park.

The room we were in had a fairly small window, with no view. Also, more wall hooks would have been helpful.

The staff is wonderful. The rooms were a bit small but to be expected for downtown Hiroshima. The bed is comfortable and the food is great. Loved the bar staff as they remembered me from previous stays and treated me well. Walking distance to the Peace Dome, castle, Hondori, and equidistant to the port and train station. Streetcar is a five minute walk too. Note I’m a lifetime Diamond member with Hilton and usually get free upgrades but I choose the ANA for its service and location.

The hotel was well positioned for our visit to Hiroshima, we were only planning one day and night in our 2 week visit, and access from the main train station was one bus ride and a short walk away. The nearby area had plenty going on, within 10 minutes walk to the Peace Museum, with plenty of places to eat/drink nearby also. We booked a room with lounge access, but forgot about it in the time between booking and actually visiting, which was an excellent surprise. The view from the lounge was unparalleled and the refreshments were very much appreciated. Breakfast the following morning provided both a more traditional offering as well as the usual western continental style breakfast.

I honestly can't think of anything that we didn't like with this hotel, the only downside was perhaps the room size (the smallest of the trip) but it was perfectly adequate for a couple staying the one night to not feel cramped or uncomfortable

Brilliant location, easy access to the train line as well as a short walk to the Peace Memorial Park. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were lovely and the early baggage drop off was easy to utilise. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t fault it really, would’ve liked an option for early check in but couldn’t see anything online to suggest this is offered.

After a less than happy experience in 2019 I took my business to another hotel chain in Hiroshima. This year I thought I would give the ANA Crowne Plaza another go and was very impressed. Will use them again next time we visit Hiroshima. Well done to all involved in the improvements.

Really great location, walking distance to main “attractions” of Hiroshima. Many great food options in the area and close to Hiroshima station. We really loved the buffet style breakfast every morning. Free entry to the gym was an added bonus that we loved.

We loved everything but the actual rooms are a little dated!

The location was very close to The Peace Museum and Park. Easy walk or tram ride downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful

We had a twin bed room, which was recommended when we arrived as original booked was a double bed room but bed was very small. Appreciated the advise though
