Sufficient for our needs, the bed was very firm, and the pillows small and hard, but they did have a pillow loan centre in the foyer with different types of pillows to use, unfortunately almost empty apart from our last night where we were able to grab an extra pillow. Bathroom was a bit older and the bathtub had a note saying not to be used as it floods the room which was disappointing as we couldn't soak after a long day walking. The location was good with relation to peace park & dome only being a short walk. Easy access to tram which went to Miyajima Island.

Near almost everything and kind attendants. Rooms with a compact private bathroom, available. Breakfast also available for plus 500yen per person. But the breakfast ends at 9am and the checkout is 10am.

No parking lot available on the hotel. Even though they have partner private parking lot wich you can get special discount, It was out of vacancies, so we had to look for another available. Besides that, the only minus point of the accomodation was the heating too high inside the rooms even with It turned off. It took time to sleep because of that and we had to open Up the windows to get some fresh air and lower the temperature. (December, central heating, maybe the other guests were feeling too much cold)

We chose this hotel for its great location. It's super close to Hiroshima Peace Museum and park and a great jumping off point to explore Hiroshima. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It actually exceeded my expectations for the price. I really liked that they had sleeping garments for the guests. The staff were friendly and the lobby was a welcoming area to relax while we waited to check in. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again for longer.

The walls might be a bit thin - we could hear our neighbours who had very loud booming voices - not the hotel's fault - it was quiet by the time we wanted to sleep. It was otherwise nice and quiet.

The single bed room was comfortable and very nice. I slept so easily and felt well rested the next morning. I was able to get an extra pillow from the hotel lobby. Breakfast was also very delicious. Many things available for an American breakfast or Japanese breakfast. I also love the location! I spent my day at the Peace Mueseum and Atomic Dome and nearby areas! For dinner, Okonomimura was only a short bus ride away.

The water was very hot when washing hands or showering so be sure to adjust it the temperature before getting in. The place isn't new, you can tell. Despite this, it was clean and made for a restful evening away from home.

Very friendly staff . Hotel was in a very good location actually in the Peace Park making it very easy to visit all the sights. Tram stop was virtually outside making easy connection to station or the ferry port. The free tea and coffee was very good. We purchased the breakfast which was exceptional value for money as it was a good buffet with a mixture of Japanese and Western food with lots of choices so basically something to please everyone at a very reasonable price. Good size room with comfortable beds Overall we enjoyed our stay but a couple of smallthings just needed attention and then we would have scored higher

First impression of the room sadly wasn't the best as when we opened the door we were greeted with the smell of sweaty trainers (probably the previous guest) but this was quickly remedied with the bottle of room and fabric freshener which we used to good effect. Otherwise room was clean. Lighting was a bit poor and could have done with another ceiling light over bed area as we had a shady room at rear of hotel that overlooked a brick wall.

The location is amazing and we discovered the entire Hiroshima on foot. We had enough space in the room even though we are pretty tall people. The bed was really comfortable and we had fresh towels and bathrobes every morning. The breakfast was also really nice.

We accidentally booked a room on the smoking floor and normally I wouldn't have a problem with that but here the entire room really reeked of cigarettes. Thankfully we could open the window so it helped a little.

Very centrally located, near to the Peace Park and there were good eateries nearby. Rooms were small - as expected - but they were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were available on two floors so we didn't have to wait too long for our turn. We drove out of Hiroshima (to Miyajima and Kure) but otherwise was able to reach many other places nearby by walking.

Wished there was their own parking but I guess this is a reality for many hotels in Japan. If you're driving, do check out the various parking lots nearby - the ones recommended by the hotel aren't always the cheapest or best for you needs.

The location is good, close to Peace memorial park and to public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I accidentally booked a smoking room and the smell was overwhelming BUT the staff helped me change my room to a no smoking room.

The only thing I didn’t like was that one of the laundry rooms was located on the smoking rooms floor.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location was brilliant with everything just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and spacious enough and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. This is not a 5* hotel and is not advertised as such so previous reviews complaining about minor things are really irrelevant. If you simply want good accommodation to sleep in after long days exploring the city, then this is the perfect hotel to stay in. If you want to spend most your time on holiday having massages and ordering room service from the hot tub then, of course, this is not the hotel to book. We had a great time here and will definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Hiroshima.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The closeness to the memorial was a great addition as well as the street car being close as well, friendly staff willing to help and always greeting us with a smile

Booking our room in the smoking floor was a choice even if we did not participate our clothes ended up smelling of smoke but that is from our own doing not the hotel at all
