The location was perfect, across from the Peace Park and close to bus and trolley routes. The breakfast was healthy and hearty and varied, good for enjoying Japanese flavors or falling back to some Western comfort food. The best part of breakfast was the view enjoyed every morning from the top-floor breakfast restaurant. Staff (front desk, breakfast) was superb and helpful.

So close to tram and bus. Also across the river from the peace park, museum, and A-bomb dome. Close to bus to go to Hiroshima castle also. Got there easily on the tram from the Matsuyama-Hiroshima ferry too. Also short walk to peace park ferry to Miyajima. Variety of food stops nearby including Okonomiyaki, Italian, onigiri, curry, udon etc. comfortable room with ample space, friendly reception staff, a bar downstairs in the lobby area. Combo washer and dryer was good too in the laundry room.

Due to the high volume of tourists in the space, the elevator going down with luggage can take up to 20 minutes. Not the fault of the hotel, just to note that you’ll need to give a lot of extra time to check out if you’re going to catch the tram or bus to JR Hiroshima for train or Shinkansen.

The location was perfect for our sightseeing needs. A little hike to the train station, but could easily catch a bus or taxi. Our room had the river view, which you could see the famous A dome and peace park from our room. We loved how close the shops for dinner and 7/11 were.

Didn't like the pillows, seemed fluffy but went down to nothing, had to use three pillows. Also found it quite noisy with the sirens at night. I think the local police station and hospital are close as they went most of the night and woke me up. But I'm a light sleeper, also thats not the hotels fault, just the area its in.

Very friendly and professional staff. I arrived a little before 15:00, but had the opportunity to go up to my room. It was raining that day, but the hotel offered the opportunity to buy an umbrella for 500 yen or rent one for free. The room is very large and clean. The view from the window to the park is stunning. In the lobby there is a vending machine with momiji manju. Very tasty breakfast, during which you enjoy a stunning view of the park. The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center and there are several bus stops near. The bus from the airport arrives at the Hiroshima Bus Center stop. Then you can go down the escalator and walk a little to the taxi stand. Or you can walk to the hotel in 20-25 minutes. I was very impressed by the city and my trips to Miyajima and Matsuyama. I will definitely come to Hiroshima again and choose this hotel.

The hair dryer work weak. If your hair is long, it will be very difficult to dry it. Mine is short, but I couldn't dry it all.

The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. You can reach the Hotel using sightseeing buses from Hiroshima station using JR Pass.Our room was very comfortable and adequate for three people. It completely met our expectations with its quietness, cleanliness, fast Wi-Fi. We were very pleased with the variety and abundance of the breakfast. Our stay revealed how right our hotel choice was.We stayed  here on August 6 th .And we attended the commemoration ceremonies of the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. We experienced emotional moments.Highly recommended for anyone considering staying here.

The room was old and had a smell that confirmed its age.No bottled water in the room.

The hotel is located directly on the river. It is only a five-minute walk from the museum/park and the ferry landing to Miyajima. I particularly liked the onigiri delicatessen on the opposite side of the street. The connection to local public transport is very good It is a very quiet area so you can leave the window open at night The bed is very comfortable There are plenty of power sockets in the room and extra charging cables for electronic devices The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful to non-Japanese speaking guests laundry room with washing machines

My room was very small - I did not have a lot of freedom of movement in the room/ very limited space for a large suitcase There is only a very small wardrobe with a few hangers to hang up your clothes

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the peace park which is a must visit activity and there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by and a train station a 10 minute walk! The staff are very helpful and friendly and the room/bathroom is of a good size for Japan! We made use of the bars happy hour which was nice and there are laundry facilities available although I’d leave plenty of time to do this as they were being used very frequently by guests!

I found the room to be a little bit in need of a revamp , the room could be quite dim in the evening time even with the lights on! I personally found the pillows to be uncomfortable for me but this may not be an issue for everyone!

We had shipped our luggage to the hotel prior to our arrival. As soon as we checked in, the staff immediately went and got our luggage for us. We didn’t even have to ask, it was in the system that our luggage was there already. As the hotel is a little older, the rooms are a decent size. We were fortunate to have a room overlooking the River and we could see all of the Peace Park from our room. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We enquired the day before our departure about shipping one of our suitcases to the next hotel. We were told to just bring it down in the morning when we checked out. When we got to the desk in the morning a different staff member was working. I mentioned about shipping one of our bags and he grabbed the paperwork completely filled out by the lady the day before. She had already confirmed our reservation with the next hotel and filled everything out. The staff definitely go above and beyond! It was a wonderful stay and we would certainly come back. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the Peace Park and the River ways.

The location besides the Peace Memorial Park is excellent. Including a nice view from the room spotting the river and the park. We loved it. The room is very cozy and confortable with good bathroom. We can visit all the atractions in the circuit of the Peace Memorial Park: museum, Atomic Bomb Dome, etc. The next day, we visited also the Miyajima Island in a boat that depart from the platform of the Peace Memorial Park, very close to the hotel. We arrived at Miyajima pier in about 45 minutes after boarding the boat. There are many times, but is better take the first boat at 8:30 AM to arrive early without so much movement of people in the island.

The location was amazing - short walk to the peace park + peace museum. There were plenty of food options around, as well as convenience stores. It was super easy to get to and from Hiroshima station on the bus as the bus stop was a minute away. We had an amazing view of the peace park and the water. Room was a good size (especially compared to other accomodation options in Japan). It was an extremely enjoyable stay, I would definitely stay again

The room did have some black mould on the curtain and the wall next to the bed (aside from this the room was very clean). Additionally some of the pillows weren’t too comfortable, however, could still have a good nights sleep. Overall still great value for money
