A clean, attractive, modern hotel in the heart of the city. It was equidistant between the peace museum and park and the modern art gallery. The room was very cool, stylish and comfortable. We stayed in a twin with tatami floors and this gave us a little seating area. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but we checked out the breakfast area and it was very chic. I would stay here again.

They made you use a machine to check in even though the staff were standing right there. It was weird and annoying to have to enter loads of details ourselves on a screen whilst staff just stood there watching us. Also we arrived before our room was ready and we left our bags at the hotel whilst we went out to see some sights, and when we arrived later, our bags were still sitting in reception and hadn’t been taken up to our room.

Our room was nice for 4 people because it had a bunkbed on the side of the room, a little bit separate from the main area. That gave our kids a bit of their own space. The bunkbeds were wide and had room on the sides of the mattress for their stuff. It was a great location, just a few minutes walking to the Peace Park and the Memorial Museum. It was quiet, clean, and modern. We enjoyed our stay and would return!

Everything was great! I can't think of anything we didn't like. We absolutely loved Hiroshima and the beautiful people there that are all about world peace!

The location was fantastic, walking distance to shops and restaurants and also Peace Park Memorial. There was a great mens shop and restaurant next door. Check-in and out was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and I found the bed very comfortable. I loved the lounge area and enjoyed breakfast there on our last morning. It has a very cool, hip feel about it and the building is awesome. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would stay here next time I visited.

I didn't realize you needed to put a magnet sign on your door if you wanted fresh towels or have your room cleaned, they're located on the back of the door.

The room was a bunkbed setup, meaning kinda pod concept only within the room, there was a fridge and a separate bathroom as well the shower. Airconditionnwas working as expected and for every bunk bed there was a curtain you can slide. Our room was on tge 3rd floor and the staff was very helpfull. Our luggage we send upfront already arrived and was in our room. There was enough towels and amenities you could pickup downstairs at the reception. On the 3rd floor there used to be a pool but they turned it into a bar and staff who spoke English and they served some nice bottled beers. Although it was a bit pricier but that is standard. Hotel is located at a central place and you can wonder arpund day and night. When checking out, the elevator was quite spacious compared to theother hotels we stayed in. It could, with ease, suite 5 people including big luggage into the elevator. Ckecking out was easy.

The rooms are in width quite narrow so for 4 people placing and opentheir suitcases all at once is just not possible. Storing them it is the same. We had a 6 bed room for 4 people for almost a week. Doing laundry is not an issue but for a big hotel 2 washing machines and 2 dryers is a bit too less. The washroom was humid and drying my clothes took me 3 rounds to get it a bit dry. Our room was located at the 3rd floor so also where the bar is there's also breakfast in the morning. You can hear the noise from people walking talking on the corridor. My mrs said she would like more hooks in the bath room to hang up the towels after showering.

Central location in downtown Hiroshima with 3 rooms that could fit 9 of us. My dad was so happy to stay here vs at Hiroshima Station (our alternate choice) because it was nicer for him to walk everywhere. Modern renovation (used to be a hospital) with nice lounge in converted pool. We had breakfast there one morning (pricey but nice). Front Desk Staff were helpful, calling taxis for my parents (who didn't have the Go app). Best value of all our stays in Japan.

Rooms are small (intentionally), so you need to store most of your clothes in your suitcases. As others noted, the clothes dryer on the lounge floor takes a long time (I just did laundry at a local laundromat about 5 min walk away).

Location is central to all shops transport and amenities. Walk to trams and buses and just Y240 to the airport by bus or Y1300 by taxi. 15 minute stroll to Peace Dome and world heritage sites. Surrounded by value shopping and restaurants plus iconic high end shops and food outlets. A visit to You Me supermarket is a must for any food lover. Staff are attentive and very helpful. The building is understated and has a vibe of its own. It caters for couples and families and also those on a budget.

They take coffee pretty serious here…but only available from 9am and is available near reception. That might be general for Japanese guests but westerners and early risers often prefer the option of earlier availability. This takes nothing away from our overall experience.

The location is great- one block off from "downtown" with tons of restaurants, konbini close by, and it's and a 15 minute walk to Peace Park. If you happen to come the first weekend of June you will be one block from a VERY cool festival (Yukata Festival). The room size was small, but fine for our family of 4 with the loft beds. The rooms are basic (and so are we- so they were fine!) The bar/breakfast room on the 3rd floor has free juice/tea and alcohol for sale and we sat in there while waiting for laundry to finish. They also have a nice shared kitchen but we didn't use it.

We really enjoyed our stay at KIRO Hiroshima by THE SHARE HOTELS. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main sights in Hiroshima and close to shopping streets, which our kids definitely appreciated. Having parking right next to the hotel was a big plus for us, making arrival and departure very easy. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. What really stood out was the choice between a traditional Japanese set and freshly made pancakes. The pancakes were a highlight for our family and made the breakfast feel special and different from other hotels we stayed at. It also felt unique to enjoy breakfast or a drink in the hotel’s restaurant, located in a beautifully renovated former swimming pool with a glass roof. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect to start or end the day. Everything was smooth, thoughtful, and well designed. A great place to stay when exploring Hiroshima.

Great location, short ride from the train station and very short walk to the main shopping area and a 10 minute walk to the peace memorial. I liked the minimalist aesthetic of the hotel and free orange juice in the bar was a nice touch :)

For the price we paid I was expecting a bit more from this hotel. While the room is nice, our room was nothing like shown in the photos, there was almost no natural light since we only had a small window in the corner of our room as opposed to what was shown in the photo for the room. Room was of decent size but nothing special and one person had to sleep next to the wall. There is no spa or gym which is expected for a hotel of this price.

The aesthetics and the thoughtful touches like ceramic mugs and free iced tea. I also liked the care for the environment by using larger containers of shampoo etc and letting people choose to take extras like toothbrushes from the lobby if they really needed. The coffee was great from the lobby but would have been great to be able to but one before 9.

We would have loved to have been able to sit in the lounge area of the poolside space in the morning rather than the windowless kitchen or bunk room, but it was for people breakfasting only, even when there was plenty of space available.
