We've stayed at Ouchi Hotel Nagarekawa before, and we were so happy to stay here again. We brought our cat, who loves to travel with us, and we stayed for two nights this time. We got two rooms, for two adults and two children, and they made sure we were on the same floor. The price was so wonderful for the very large rooms with two queen beds apiece, a shower, toilet, dining table, roof/balcony access, pet "room", vanity, refrigerator, television, cold air conditioning, and large mirrors. We were able to walk twenty minutes to the Carps game, and we were able to walk a similar distance to the Peace park, museums, castle, etc. It IS in a busy night/weekend district, but we weren't bothered by outside noise or lights at all during our stays. Our first stay was just adults, which was great for fun nights out, but our second stay with children was still wonderful and felt perfect... even without pets, it is a fantastic place to stay for safety, autonomy, and ease of parking (paid lots nearby) and access. (You DO need a smartphone to check in and get your room code, but super quick and easy.) Arigato Gozaimas!!!!

I loved everything, but in certain places the trim is patched and the plumbing isn't fancy - some people might criticize. If you don't want the possibility of barking neighbors, this might not be the place for you... but it was only a small amount of barking and we are understanding pet lovers (it's a pet hotel!).

The area is very noisy because of the "snacks bars" around. The parking lot is very expensive around ( in case you go by car) The 🛌 bed (is not bed frame ) there are two beds one on top of other . (Too soft so I felt back pain ) We got the 5th. Floor with only steps ; in case you have lots of luggage or kids to carry on your lap. The property is very clean ; large room; white towels very clean and the amenities include . 😀 The colors of the room are very nice 👌 Happy color and great atmosphere.

At Ouchie Dog Hotel in Hiroshima, my pup and I found a haven of comfort and convenience. Upon chatting with other guests during our stay, it became evident that our positive experience was shared among many. One guest praised the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to cater to their dog's needs, while another raved about the ample space for their energetic pup to roam freely and play. Additionally, several guests appreciated the hotel's strategic location, which not only offered easy access to the central area but also provided a scenic 10-minute walk to the historic Atomic Dome landmark, adding an enriching experience to their stay. Overall, Ouchie Dog Hotel truly impressed with its commitment to providing a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable environment for dogs and their owners alike. It's no wonder why so many visitors, including myself, have nothing but praise for this Hiroshima gem.

This was a lovely big apartment, with room to stretch out in, and nice cheerful modern decor. We did enjoy staying here despite two negatives listed below, and would recommend the place. So, on the downside - I was hoping there would be a toaster oven or microwave in the property, and perhaps some plates, bowls or spoons. The apartment only had 2 cups, a kettle and a fridge, nothing else - so decked out like a hotel room rather than an apartment. The only other negative is that the apartment is not very sound proof, and is opposite a bar that is popular until 5am. On Saturday night, this woke us up constantly, but it was fine on the other nights that we stayed.

The room looked great and was very well taken care of. The host took a lot of care to make sure everyone had what they needed in order to be comfortable. The room was vary large and had plenty of seating. The beds and decorations all looked really nice.

There are a couple of nearby bars with people out making loud noises late at night and into the early morning.

Located perfectly to goto sleep at 4am after drinking at local bars. I checked in easily and went to look at the illumination display of holiday lights.

the check in tablet was not on the correct screen to check in. we found the correct way to check in after a few minutes of random clicking. after that, there were no problems.

It was massive by Japanese standards and very cute colours

No lift and the room was on the 5th floor. Also booking in was automated and we didn't see any staff in the two nights we spent there.

Spacious and clean. Very easy to check in and get the passcode of the door to go in

Curtain could not cover the windows, too bright in the morning. Quite noisy at night and morning when sleeping.
