This is an excellent hotel — very comfortable and spacious. The room was stylish, beds were great, big bathroom, great kitchenette with cups, bowls & plates for DIY breakfast. The large washing machine is a bonus (wash/dry cycle is very long but you can take washing out and hang it in your room to dry instead. The staff kindly loaned us a peg hanger.) There was a dehumidifier in the room which helped with the humidity in summer. It’s a 5min ride on the 102 bus from Hiroshima Station to the hotel and an easy straight 15-20min walk to Peace Memorial Park. That area is only a 5-min taxi ride from the hotel too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Fav and would stay again if we return to Hiroshima.

The location was good - a very easy 20minute walk from the Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the Peace memorial. The room was large though a lot more beds than we needed with two queen size beds and two bunk bed above them. Fantastic for a family. Loved the washing machine and the shower was really good. It was good to have a couch to relax on. The room had everything we needed that's for sure. The breakfast was very tasty - while restricted to only two choices those choices were generous. Coffee was good too. Everything was very clean and modern.

For the two of us just one queen bed would have been preferred but the size of the room was really good. We enjoyed the breakfast we had but more choice would have been good.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was our second trip to Japan and second time staying at the Fav and it did not disappoint!! It is a very comfortable hotel, a quick taxi ride from Hiroshima Train Station when arriving by bullet train. We had the Bunk bed room for 5 adults and it was fantastic! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, check in and check out were a breeze, and they assisted in calling taxis for us when we departed. The hotel is located across the street from a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart. Not to mention an easy stroll to the Peace Museum as well. We loved staying here and highly recommend it. We will certainly be back for the next trip!!

Absolutely nothing!! We loved every minute of our stay!

The hotel was perfect for what we needed which was a two night stay so as we could visit the peace park and museum at Hiroshima. We caught a cab to the hotel as it's a bit too far to walk with your luggage but was an inexpensive trip, the hotel is in a pretty cool area, quite a few restaurants around, a few massage places around which we were not quite sure about, but a easy walk to the peace park and the shopping area. Nice comfy beds and a good bathroom. We didn't opt for the breakfast, we sorted ourselves out for that.

The room is big. It has a decent sitting area with a small kitchen and laundry (which is the best part staying in this hotel). Walkable distance to Peace Museum.

The hotel locks the main door at 10 p.m. The staff did not tell us when we checked in the hotel in the afternoon. We only learned about it when we were aback to the hotel after dinner. Location - it's a bit far from the Hiroshima Station.

We really appreciated how spacious the rooms were—especially after squeezing into tiny Tokyo and Kyoto rooms—and having an in-room washing machine made it so easy to freshen up our clothes. The self-service check-in and check-out was lightning-fast, and overall the nightly rate represented fantastic value for money.

The hotel doesn’t offer any luggage storage, which made arrivals and departures a bit awkward, and we found the walk to both the train station and the Atomic Bomb Dome to be a stretch—too far for most people to comfortably hoof it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very modern and comfortable and having a washing machine in the room is so convenient. They provide laundry pods too which is very nice. The tv is a good size and is a smart TV so you can log in and watch e.g. Disney + (and also it logs you out after each use so you don't have to worry about forgetting to log out). Plenty of USB ports in the room. Location is good, close to a bus stop, 7-11 & Family Mart right outside, plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to.

Providing oil & salt & pepper would be super helpful. Also, it would be better if the chaise lounge was a small couch so two people could sit and watch the tv.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of three, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main shopping and dining areas, which made exploring Hiroshima a breeze. Our room was spacious and modern, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were excellent, adding to our overall comfort. Additionally, it was only a 10-minute walk to the tram station, making it easy to access Hiroshima Station and the iconic A-Dome. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

There’s no luggage storage facilities.

Very clean, had everything we needing including kitchen and washer/dryer. Easy to get buses and felt safe.

We had to walk through the red light district (sex buildings). Only a problem with kids as you have to explain why there is a picture of a girls butt in frilly undies.

The room was very well equipped with its own washer/dryer for clothes, a relatively well-appointed kitchen area, and a large bathroom. Although the hotel is often described as being automated, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who explained, in English, how everything worked.

If I had to find something then I'd say our room was a little low down in the block, so we didn't have much of a view. But this is a minor gripe, especially as we were only really in the hotel to sleep.
